"Judge, it's too difficult for me, I haven't been paid for my work for so many years, you must help me uphold justice," a migrant worker said anxiously to the staff when the case was filed. After receiving the case filing materials, the staff found that the defendants in multiple cases were the same person, and the type of arrears was migrant workers' wages and material payments. A simple judgment is not the purpose of handling the case, only by contacting Liu and letting him cash in real money can the contradiction be fundamentally resolved, the tricky thing is that the defendant Liu is in the field and has no effective contact information, fortunately, after many inquiries, the staff obtained the time for Liu to return to the local area, and successfully contacted Liu.
Through in-depth communication with all parties, it was learned that Liu was a contractor and contracted some construction projects in Tianjin City many years ago, but due to poor management and other reasons, there was a shortage of funds after the completion of the project, and he has been in arrears with the wages of migrant workers and the payment of material merchants. Considering that Liu was insolvent and could not fully repay all the wages and materials of migrant workers at one time, in the process of communication, the Xinzhou Court guided Liu to take the form of installment payment and guarantee provided by an outsider to reassure the creditor, and the creditor also expressed his understanding and willingness to make certain concessions to automatically exempt part of Liu's debts. In the end, the two parties understood and gave in to each other, and many cases with Liu as the defendant were settled through mediation.
After the mediation agreement was reached, the Xinzhou Court urged Liu to fulfill his payment obligations on time, and on the day when the first performance period agreed by the two parties expired, Liu paid all the money as agreed upon by the staff of the Xinzhou Court. This brings us to the opening scene.
A pennant is both an affirmation and a spur.
