Punch hard! Reselling Universal Studios tickets, illegally soliciting customers, and forcibly cutting in line? Thirty-seven people were detained

With the arrival of summer, the popularity of scenic spots such as Universal Beijing Resort, the three major cultural buildings of the sub-center, and the Grand Canal Forest Park has also heated up. In order to further maintain the good tourism order of the sub-center and provide tourists with a comfortable playing experience, the Tongzhou police relied on the "Defend the 2024 Spring and Summer Safety Operation" to crack down on illegal tourism-related crimes such as illegal solicitation of tourists, unlicensed tour operators, scalping, and "black tour guides" in the jurisdiction, and seized 37 people in a row.

Recently, tourists from all over the country went to Universal Beijing Resort to play, and the police found that there were illegal solicitation of tourists and unlicensed tour merchants around the scenic spot in the process of carrying out daily patrols. In this regard, the Tongzhou Public Security Bureau's Environmental Food and Medicine Brigade Detachment and relevant police stations quickly set up a commando team to fight the chaos involved in the brigade, and carried out a centralized network collection operation on May 3. During the operation, the police arrested 14 people, including Wang (male, 52 years old) and Zhang (male, 49 years old), who intercepted tourists from distributing Yousu advertising cards and peddling small commodities in the Universal Resort City Avenue and subway station entrances. After work, the above 14 people have been administratively detained by the Tongzhou police in accordance with the law.

On May 2, on the basis of the preliminary work, the Tongzhou police successfully arrested Xu (male, 32 years old) who was reselling Universal Studios tickets in a residential community in Zhangjiawan Town, Tongzhou District. After work, Xu truthfully confessed to the police his illegal act of reselling Universal Studios tickets to earn the price difference. Subsequently, Xu was sentenced to five days of administrative detention by the Tongzhou police in accordance with the law.

On May 2, when the police were performing security tasks at a music festival in the jurisdiction, they found that there were two people who illegally led guests to the queue at the entrance of the west gate of the music festival, and the police immediately controlled the two. After work, Zhang (male, 30 years old) and Cheng (male, 48 years old) illegally solicited customers at a price of 50 yuan per person in order to seek benefits, and forcibly cut the queue to enter. Subsequently, Zhang and Cheng were sentenced to five days of administrative detention by the Tongzhou police in accordance with the law.

In the next step, the Tongzhou police will continue to work with cultural law enforcement, urban management, transportation, market supervision and other departments to strengthen the joint law enforcement of "public security + administration", work side by side to control chaos, carry out special clean-up and rectification of tourism-related chaos in parks and scenic spots and surrounding key areas, severely crack down on tourism-related illegal and criminal activities, effectively maintain the tourism order in the jurisdiction, and protect the "golden business card" of tourism in the sub-center.
