Duties and tasks of the incorruptible recruitment supervisor

1. Main responsibilities

As part-time supervisors, honest conscription supervisors perform the function of supervising the masses, mainly to cooperate with relevant functional departments in carrying out their work, and to promptly discover, point out, and participate in rectifying the problems of "micro-corruption" and "dark corruption" in grass-roots conscription that occur around the masses.

Second, the content of supervision

Honest conscription supervisors focus on supervising the performance of duties by the recruitment departments and conscription personnel, mainly including: whether they have withheld, misappropriated, or privately divided the conscription quota without authorization; whether the pre-conscription targets are determined in accordance with the prescribed requirements; whether they deliberately make it difficult for young recruits and their parents, or collect fees in violation of regulations; whether the physical examination criteria are relaxed or lowered; whether to organize visits, investigations, and political evaluations in accordance with regulations; whether the troops are collectively and openly selected according to the regulations; whether it is publicly announced in accordance with regulations; Whether or not to accept food and money from young recruits and their parents.

Third, the way of working

On the basis of the progress of conscription work, and in light of different targets, timing, content, and scope, methods such as listening to the opinions of the masses, participating in follow-up inspections, carrying out overt and covert inspections, and cross-patrolling and supervising are to be adopted to organize and carry out supervision, and promptly report to the conscription work department at the corresponding level when problems are discovered.

"Ten Prohibitions" for Honest Conscription

(1) It is not allowed to withhold and misappropriate the collection indicators;

(2) It is not allowed to lower the standard conditions for solicitation;

(3) It is not allowed to issue supporting materials that are inconsistent with the facts;

(4) It is not allowed to visit and meet with young recruits and their parents individually;

(5) It is not allowed to collect fees from young recruits;

(6) It is not allowed to set troops privately;

(7) It is forbidden to accept money or goods from young recruits or to accept banquets;

(8) It is not allowed to interfere in grassroots recruitment work in violation of regulations;

(9) It is not allowed to discount and make changes in public announcements;

(10) It is forbidden to withdraw from the army without permission or at will.

"Five Prohibitions" on Honest Conscription

(1) It is strictly forbidden to abuse power for personal gain, and to withhold, embezzle, and privately divide the collection quota without authorization;

(2) It is strictly forbidden to falsify, fill in false information and provide false certificates in registration, physical examination, and political examination;

(3) It is strictly forbidden to take money or goods from young recruits and their families for any reason;

(4) It is strictly forbidden to operate in the dark, and not to follow the prescribed procedures and authority to set troops privately;

(5) It is strictly forbidden to abuse power, interfere in conscription affairs in violation of regulations, and arbitrarily adjust the whereabouts of soldiers.
