8 into 4 | The evaluation results of the deepening competition stage of the "Innovation Vitality, Quality Pazhou" Pazhou South District Integrated Design Competition were released
On May 8, sponsored by the Haizhu Branch of the Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau and the Housing and Construction Bureau of Haizhu District, Guangzhou City, organized by the Housing and Construction Bureau of Haizhu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Provincial Institute of Urban and Rural Planning Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. provided technical advice for the competition, and Guangzhou Hongda Engineering Consulting Group Group provided the competition planning and organization consulting.
1. Review meeting
The meeting was closely watched by leaders at all levels in Haizhu District, and relevant leaders of the Housing and Construction Bureau of Haizhu District attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by the representative of Guangzhou Hongda Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd., a consulting unit for the planning and organization of the competition. At the meeting, the representative of the technical consulting unit of the competition introduced the background and design requirements of the project in detail, and the representative of the consulting unit of the competition planning organization introduced the relevant review requirements.
2. Judging Committee
The review meeting invited a number of national engineering survey and design masters, provincial engineering survey and design masters, as well as well-known experts and scholars in the industry, and representatives of the owner to form a review committee, covering architecture, bridges, planning, landscape and other fields.
In order to enable the review committee to have a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of the current situation of the project, the competition organizer led the review experts to the project site to carry out survey and research before the meeting, and explained on the spot.
3. Evaluation results
At the meeting, 8 outstanding teams at home and abroad took turns to compete and reported on the details and highlights of their respective design plans, contributing to the review meeting with international vision, high level and high standard design schemes. The judging committee conducted a rigorous review and discussion of the design schemes, and unanimously agreed that the design schemes of the 8 participating units were very creative and distinctive, all of which reflected a strong professional level and were a high-level design feast.
In the end, the jury voted for 4 non-ranked candidates:
