On the afternoon of May 11, the Huangpu District Construction of the National Primary and Secondary School Labor Education Experimental Zone Work Promotion Conference and the Shanghai "Model Worker Craftsman into Campus" Pilot Zone Achievement Exhibition was held in Shanghai Gezhi Middle School. Min Hui, deputy secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Education and Health Work Party Committee and deputy director of the Municipal Education Commission, Ding Wei, vice chairman of the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions, Li Zhongxing, deputy secretary of the Huangpu District Party Committee, and Yuan Yuan, deputy head of the Huangpu District Government, attended the meeting. Model workers at all levels, relevant persons in charge of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, Huangpu District Education Bureau, Huangpu District Federation of Trade Unions, Huangpu District Education College, party and government leaders and teacher representatives of grassroots units in the Huangpu District education system attended the conference. The conference reviewed the activity of "Buttoning the First Button in Life, Social Practice of Labor Beauty", and also summarized the achievements of Huangpu in the 4th Shanghai Student Labor Education Publicity Week.
Min Hui, deputy secretary of the Municipal Education and Health Work Party Committee and deputy director of the Municipal Education Commission, fully affirmed the innovation and practice of Huangpu's labor education work, and put forward three expectations for the next step.
The first is to promote the high-quality implementation of the characteristics of "model workers and craftsmen entering the campus". It is hoped that Huangpu will carry out further thinking and exploration in the curriculum development, team building, and practical innovation of the spirit of model workers, labor spirit, and craftsman spirit, promote the integration and convergence of school, family, and social resources, and support the effective development of labor education.
The second is to promote the construction of urban labor education system with high quality. It is necessary to continue to start from the combination of labor education with modern life and urban life, pay attention to innovation and creation, return to the living world, reflect modern labor, carry forward the spirit of labor, create more high-quality courses and characteristic practical activities, build an urban labor education system that highlights the new voice of the times and regional characteristics, and further improve the overall implementation level of labor education.
The third is to promote the integration of labor education into all aspects of talent training with high quality. It is necessary to take labor education as an important foundation to promote the integration of five educations, to cultivate morality through labor, to increase wisdom through labor, to strengthen the body with labor, to educate beauty through labor, and to strengthen the heart with labor, and to guide students to transform the knowledge they have learned into truly useful practical skills, carry out creative labor, pay attention to the effectiveness of education, and realize the unity of knowledge and action.
At the meeting, Ding Wei, vice chairman of the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions, and Yuan Yuan, deputy head of the Huangpu District Government, issued letters of appointment to the first batch of model worker lecturer representatives of the Huangpu District "Model Worker Craftsman Enters the Campus" lecturer group.
Li Zhongxing, deputy secretary of the Huangpu District Party Committee, awarded the plaque to Shanghai New World (Group) Co., Ltd., as the "First Street of Chinese Commerce" labor education practice base, which will help Huangpu carry forward and inherit the new trend of the times of "labor creates happiness and hard work achieves great causes" in the future.
The theme display of the promotion meeting is divided into three sections: "Labor Gold Lesson, Integrating Five Educations", "Practice Territory, Chain Notice", and "Co-education New Style, Moisturizing Things Silently", which comprehensively demonstrate the work achievements of Huangpu District in the city's labor education work from the perspectives of labor courses, labor practices, and school-family-community co-education.
Labor Finance Class: Integrating Five Educations
The creative transformation plan presented by the Huangpu District Labor and Technical Education Center in the "Dream Renovator" shows the full integration of Huangpu labor education and moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic aspects. Luwan No. 1 Central Primary School in Huangpu District brought a TED talk "The Spirit of Model Workers Blooms Wonderfully in the Classroom", which organically integrates the spirit of model workers with subject knowledge, internalizes the spirit of labor in the heart and externalizes it in action.
Practice Territory & Chain Notification Line
The sitcom "Labor Education Lights Up Urban Life", co-starred by Huangpu District Labor and Technical Education Center and Dajing Middle School Affiliated to Shanghai Wai Chinese University, shows the close connection between labor education and regional social and economic development, and uses labor education to light up urban life. The real-life narration project of Zhongshan School affiliated to Huangpu District Education College is "Dream Blossoming Labor +", and the school makes full use of local resources to form a labor education practice circle of the school.
Cultivating new air and moisturizing things silently
In the miniature salon of "Walking Ten Miles of New Street, Promoting the Spirit of Model Workers", Gezhi Education Group and Shanghai New World (Group) Co., Ltd. presented a unique business challenge, from which the students experienced the ingenuity of Shanghai manufacturing, the touching of model workers' deeds and the greatness of labor spirit, and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street became the best practice field of labor education.
In the field, 26 units, including the regional labor education base, the labor education characteristic school of Shanghai primary and secondary schools (secondary vocational schools) and the district "labor education comprehensive education project" school, carried out special project displays.
