From May 8th to 9th, the "Helping the Construction of the 'Five Districts', the Editor-in-Chief and the Director of the Bureau" financial media interview activity (the third stop) entered Pan'an County, Jinhua City, and Xiang Dong, the editor-in-chief of the Traffic and Tourism Herald, came to the Pan'an County Transportation Bureau to conduct interviews with relevant representatives and went to the field for visits and research.

During the discussion and exchange, Li Zhihong, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Pan'an County Transportation Bureau, welcomed the arrival of Xiang Dong, the editor-in-chief, and his entourage, saying that the two sides have always maintained close and friendly cooperation over the years, and have achieved beneficial results in cultural construction, industry publicity, cultural exchanges and other aspects. At the same time, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the Transportation and Tourism Herald for its long-term concern and support for the comprehensive transportation industry in Pan'an County.
Li Zhihong introduced that in recent years, the development of transportation in Pan'an County has focused on the strategy of strengthening the province with transportation, deeply integrated into the development idea of "ecological county" in Pan'an County, focusing on the integration of urban and rural transportation, "four good rural roads" and "passenger and freight mail", and has achieved some gratifying results through the guidance of red party building, the improvement of institutional guarantees, and the innovation of development measures. In particular, in the development of urban and rural transportation equalization, it has opened up "ideas" for the development of rural areas and broadened "financial routes". In 2023, Pan'an County will be awarded the National Transportation Integration Demonstration County.
Xiang Dong expressed his gratitude to the transportation system of Pan'an County for its support for the publicity work of the Herald. He emphasized that Pan'an County has a rich ecological environment, and its unique location and spatial orientation have a huge and multi-level demand for transportation services. In recent years, Pan'an County has actively integrated into the province's comprehensive transportation development strategy, integrated with the "one-hour traffic circle" in Jinyi metropolitan area, amplified the development potential of "traffic +", and continuously improved the equalization service level of urban and rural transportation.
Xiang Dong said that the "face-to-face between the editor-in-chief and the director" activity is based on the regional brand communication resources of Zhejiang Radio and Television Group, anchoring the major strategic decision-making direction of the Provincial Department of Transportation, aiming to deepen the linkage with the transportation departments of cities and counties (cities and districts) in various cities, promote the construction of transportation and brand promotion, brand joint creation, and drama joint singing, jointly promote the high-quality development of the transportation industry, and further help the construction of the "five districts". It is hoped that the two sides will focus on building characteristic transportation brands, demonstrating and creating other cooperation, achieve complementary advantages and win-win cooperation, create a new field of cooperation between industry media and government agencies, and promote the brand building and publicity level of Pan'an transportation industry to a higher level.
On the afternoon of the 8th, the research team went to the first line of the construction of National Highway 351 in Pan'an County, the "Four Good Rural Road" boutique demonstration line, and the "Passenger and Freight Mail" village-level post station for visit and research.
The Pan'an section of National Highway 351 is a trunk line project in Pan'an County to connect with the development of Jinyi metropolitan area, which will greatly improve the problem of "intestinal obstruction" in the direction of Pan'an and Dongyang, and is of great significance to improve the traffic capacity of trunk transportation. Xiang Dong and his entourage came to the mouth of the Zhuxiling Tunnel of the project and learned in detail about the project progress, construction technology, and construction priorities.
Subsequently, the research team came to the "Four Good Rural Roads" boutique line in Pan'an County and the Hengyao Line Highway, known as the "Hundred Miles Cherry Blossom Corridor", and investigated the characteristic practices of the highway service station of the line to innovate the "post station +" model to revitalize the management of the service station, and learned in detail the typical practices of the integrated development of "transportation + tourism + agriculture + culture".
In the passenger, freight and mail service outlets of Wushi Village, Pan'an, the rural express delivery characteristics of unmanned express vehicles "delivered to households" were highly praised by the research team. After the completion of the service point, the villagers not only realized 24-hour self-service delivery and pick-up of express delivery, but also greatly increased the efficiency of the villagers' "industrial products to the countryside and agricultural products to the city", and solved the "last mile" problem of express delivery into the village.
During the investigation, Xiang Dong and Li Zhihong signed a strategic cooperation agreement between Transportation and Tourism Herald and Pan'an County Transportation Bureau on behalf of both parties. In the next stage, the two sides will take the construction of a strong county with high-level transportation as the main line, accelerate the planning to build a core brand of transportation publicity with local characteristics of Pan'an, and actively promote the demonstration and creation of "four good rural roads" in Pan'an County, so as to achieve mutual sharing of resources, team interaction, content integration, and brand mutual education.
