Recently, the first phase of the Yuhua Intelligent Manufacturing and Construction Machinery Supporting Industrial Park (hereinafter referred to as 'Yuhua Industrial Park') developed and constructed by Yuhua Economic Development Group has successfully passed the completion acceptance and been delivered.
The first phase of Yuhua Industrial Park is located in the core industrial area of Jiuhua Industrial Park in Xiangtan, which is developed in three phases, covering an area of about 118 acres, with a construction area of about 82,000 square meters and 17 buildings. The project will focus on the introduction of intelligent manufacturing, medical equipment, electronic information and other strategic emerging industries and supporting service industries, after all are completed and put into operation, 80-120 enterprises will be introduced, and it is expected to achieve an annual output value of about 1.5 billion yuan, contribute more than 35 million yuan in annual taxes, and solve more than 800 jobs.

Up to now, the park has completed the signing of 7 high-quality enterprises with more than 30,000 square meters, and the first batch of enterprises such as Xiangtan Shisheng Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. and Hunan Nanjing Bai Medical Technology Co., Ltd. have started to settle in the decoration.
It is understood that since the official start of construction of Yuhua Industrial Park in early 2023, the construction subjects of all parties have cooperated sincerely, scientifically paved and taken multiple measures at the same time, and more than 1,000 pile foundations, nearly 20,000 square meters of road structure layers and more than 4,000 meters of rain and sewage pipe network have been laid in more than one month after the start of construction. Subsequently, 17 buildings were fully rolled out and promoted in parallel; During the peak period of construction, the number of on-site construction workers reached 500, and the on-site workers successfully completed the overall construction of the project under the premise of overcoming unfavorable factors such as rainy season construction, complex geology, and environmental protection control.
After the completion of the overall layout of the industrial park to function-oriented, through the creation of the façade design, the reconstruction of the spatial streamline, the industrial building is endowed with public attributes, to dispel the public's stereotype of the traditional industrial plant building image, the design style not only gives full play to the diversity of different types of building appearance, but also maintains the consistency of similar products, buildings and factories are lined up one after another, seedlings and steps are scattered, is a collection of office, production, research and development, living facilities in one of the urban garden-style industrial park.
