According to the "Interim Measures for Public Recruitment of Personnel in Public Institutions in Gansu Province", combined with the work needs of public institutions in the education system of Jiuquan City, it has been decided to openly recruit staff for the public in the education system and institutions of Jiuquan City. 1. Recruitment plan

The plan is to recruit 195 staff members, and the specific plan is detailed in the "2024 Jiuquan City Education System Open Recruitment Teacher Plan Position Summary" (hereinafter referred to as the "Job Summary", Annex 2).

Second, the scope of recruitment

For college graduates who meet the application conditions and job requirements, the specific positions and conditions are subject to the "Job Summary".

3. Recruitment conditions

(1) Applicants shall meet the following conditions:

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China and enjoy the basic rights of citizens;

2. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system;

3. Have good conduct, be willing to obey the work assignment, fulfill the obligations of the staff of the public institution, and abide by the work discipline of the public institution;

4. Have the academic degree, professional knowledge, business ability and other conditions required for the recruitment position;

5. Have the physical condition and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

6. Age requirements: The age in the job summary table is calculated according to the age of one year, and the undergraduate age is over 18 years old, 30 years old and below (born between May 12, 1993 and May 11, 2006); Be over 18 years old and 35 years old and below (born between May 12, 1988 and May 11, 2006);

7. If the subject of the teacher qualification certificate obtained by the applicant is inconsistent with the major studied in academic education, he or she can apply for a position that is consistent with the major of academic education and the job requirements, and although the discipline of the teacher qualification certificate obtained is consistent with the discipline required by the recruitment position, but the academic major is inconsistent with the job requirements, it is not allowed to apply for the examination;

(2) In any of the following circumstances, applications will not be accepted:

1. Those who have received Party or government disciplinary sanctions or criminal punishments, and are currently in the period of punishment (punishment);

2. Those suspected of violating discipline or law and are undergoing disciplinary review or judicial investigation;

3. Persons who have been expelled from public office, expelled from the Communist Party of China, or who have received criminal punishment for crimes, and who have been lawfully listed as targets of joint disciplinary action for untrustworthiness;

4. Civil servants during the probationary period, staff of public institutions managed with reference to the Civil Servants Law, and staff of public institutions during the probationary period, as well as personnel recruited as staff of public institutions who have a specified number of years of service and whose service period has not yet expired;

5. Civil servants (including staff of reference management units) and staff of public institutions who have been dismissed for less than 5 years must not apply for open recruitment positions;

6. Persons who have participated in public recruitment examinations for civil servants or public institutions in recent years and have been entered into the creditworthiness blacklist;

7. Active-duty military personnel;

8. Applicants shall not apply for the positions that constitute a recusal relationship after being hired, that is, the positions of the employer in which the person who has a husband and wife relationship, a direct blood relationship, a collateral blood relationship within three generations, or a close marriage relationship serves as a leading member, as well as other positions that affect official duties;

9. Personnel who have participated in the introduction of high-level urgently needed talents in Jiuquan City and the open recruitment of public institutions have been identified as employment targets;

10. Applicants who may not be accepted by laws, regulations, rules and policies.

(3) Professional requirements for the post:

Applicants must have the professional requirements specified in the job profile, and if the professional conditions are set to a specific major, it is limited to the personnel of the major; If the professional conditions are set to the professional category, the majors included in the professional category are all eligible majors. In the following circumstances, the corresponding requirements shall be followed:

1. If the major of the applicant is inconsistent with the major listed in the "Job Summary", or does not belong to the same type of major, he or she shall not apply for the examination (for example, the major of "Information and Computer Science" and the major of "Computer Science and Technology", although the literal meaning is similar, do not belong to the same category and cannot be confused).

2. Due to the name change of the major of the national education administrative department (change of the major code), the name of the major and the recruiting major are different, but it is indeed the same major, and the applicant needs to provide the certification materials issued by the institution or the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education.

3. Applicants who study abroad during their studies are not included in the catalog of disciplines and majors promulgated by the national education administrative department, but are allowed to register if they are consistent with the learning content (research direction) of the recruiting major, and the applicants must provide a certificate of consistency issued by the university they are studying in, and be notarized and translated by a domestic third-party organization.

4. Applicants are allowed to apply for the examination because the name of the major offered by the institution is inconsistent with the name of the discipline and major catalog issued by the national education administrative department, but it is clear that it belongs to the same major after the written certificate of the institution.

5. Applicants for graduate degree are allowed to apply for positions consistent with the undergraduate majors listed in the undergraduate majors if they are consistent with the majors listed in the undergraduate majors, and the age of the applicants can be implemented according to the age requirements of the graduate students.

4. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Registration

Among those who have passed the qualification review, if there is a tie in the written test scores, they will enter the interview process together. If the ratio of qualified personnel in the recruitment plan and qualification review does not reach 1:3 due to the candidates not meeting the qualifications of the position to be recruited, the qualification review ratio will be expanded until it reaches 1:3. If the ratio of the proposed recruitment plan for some positions and the number of applicants or the number of qualified candidates for qualification review is still not 1:3 after the expansion of the qualification review ratio, the minimum score line, the reduction of the opening ratio and the proportion of the verification position are combined to determine the shortlisted candidates for interview, such as the number of recruits according to the position and the minimum score line The number of people on the line does not reach 1:1, the recruitment plan will be reduced according to 1:2, and the interviewers will be determined. If a position plans to recruit 1 person, the actual registration of 3 people, after the review of qualified 1 person, then see whether its results reach the minimum score line, if it is reached, it will enter the interview, if it is not reached, the interview qualification will be cancelled, and the position will be written off; If a position plans to recruit 2 people, the actual registration of 3 people, and 2 qualified people after the qualification review, then first see whether the results of the 2 people reach the minimum score line, if so, the 2 people will enter the interview, the interview is qualified, and the employment qualification will be cancelled if it is not qualified; If the minimum score is not reached, 1 recruitment plan will be reduced, and both 2 people will enter the interview, and 1 person will be hired according to the score after passing the interview, and so on. If the interview score does not reach 80 points, the applicant will be disqualified. When participating in the qualification review, you must provide the original and photocopies of all documents consistent with your registration information in accordance with the requirements of the recruitment position, and also provide the unsigned employment agreement. Returnees must present the certificate of returnees issued by the Education (Culture) Department (Group) of the Mainland embassy (consulate) abroad, and the certificate of foreign academic qualifications and degrees issued by the Service Center for Overseas Study of the Ministry of Education. Applicants who have not obtained a teacher qualification certificate at the time of registration shall provide a teacher qualification certificate, a certificate of passing the national teacher qualification examination within the validity period, and a certificate of professional ability for normal students and teachers during the qualification examination. Interview candidates shall hold the written test admission ticket, valid identity documents (resident ID card or temporary resident ID card) and interview notice, and participate in the interview at the time and place specified in the notice. The specific time and place of the interview will be notified separately. The interview work is organized by the leading group for open recruitment work, and a third-party examination body is entrusted to carry it out. The interview for the teaching position (Category D) will be conducted in the form of a trial lecture and a structured interview. For those who apply for the position of cultural course teacher, the content of the trial lecture shall be selected by the candidate from the interview group in a number of class hours designated by the current textbook in the corresponding section, and the content of the lesson shall be carried out, focusing on the ability to integrate the textbook and the teaching method. On the basis of the trial lecture, the candidates will also be inspected for the physical and artistic literacy of the candidates, and the candidates will show their specialties and prepare the required teaching equipment. The interview will be scored on an on-site 100-point scale. The interview team should evaluate each candidate objectively, fairly and impartially, score collectively on the spot, highlight the score on the spot, and summarize the results on the spot.
