[1] Presidium members and invited VIPs can register for free, and the deadline for pre-registration is June 10, 2024.
[2] All participants in this conference need to register with their real names. Representatives of users who have registered on this website should directly enter the registered user name and password to log in directly, and complete the formal registration of the conference according to the system requirements. If you do not have a username and password, please click [New User Registration] to register for the conference.

After filling in the registration information, select [Registration Type], and upload my [Valid Physician/Nurse Practitioner Practice Certificate/Work Permit Picture], the conference team will review and approve it within 2 working days, and you can pay online after successful registration.

After the review is passed, click [Personal Center - Register for Participation] and add [Invoice Header Information] - Online payment will be made after successful submission.

The official registered payment representative can issue an electronic VAT invoice, which will be issued by the Finance Department of the Institute and sent to your registered email address, please be sure to confirm the email information of the recipient. Representatives who do not need an invoice should also click [Add Invoice Header - Unit Type] and select [Individual] to complete the registration.

V. Refund Process:

If you need to cancel your registration, you must submit an email application before 24:00 on June 10, 2024 to notify the Secretariat of the conference to cancel your registration and request a refund, and the conference will give you a full refund. It will not be accepted after June 10.

Please go to the official website (www.occmd.org) to download the refund application template from the individual registration login page, fill in the content completely, and email the refund application together with the registration fee payment voucher to the conference secretariat [email protected].

After receiving the refund application, the Finance Department of the Society will accept the refund application within 15 working days after the end of the meeting, verify the payment and participation, submit the refund, and return the funds to the original channel.
