On May 11, the Beijing News reporter learned from the national enterprise credit information publicity system and the official website of the Fuyang Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Anhui Province that the three companies that were exposed by CCTV on March 15 to use inferior trough meat to produce plum vegetable buckle meat have been included in the list of serious violations and dishonesty by the Fuyang Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, and the food production license has been revoked, and fined 4.2 million yuan, 5.7344 million yuan, and 2.9376 million yuan respectively, a total of 12.872 million yuan.
Industry experts said that the "trough meat" that has been processed in compliance can be eaten, but the main body that uses unqualified trimming and unqualified quarantine inspection to produce inferior products should be severely cracked down on, so as to improve the compliance of the meat industry and ensure food quality and safety.
The companies involved were fined a total of about 12.87 million yuan
In 2024, CCTV's 3.15 evening party exposed that Fuyang Spring Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Spring Company"), Anhui Mr. Kitchen Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mr. Kitchen Company"), and Anhui Donghui Food Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Donghui Company") used trough meat that had not been strictly processed to make plum vegetable button meat, and there were problems such as unqualified hygiene in the production workshop. After the incident, the Fuyang Municipal Market Supervision Bureau sealed the three companies, sealed all finished products, semi-finished products and raw materials on the spot, and the legal representatives of the enterprises involved were summoned by the public security organs in place.
On May 10, the Fuyang Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau issued an administrative penalty information disclosure form, and the food raw materials used by Mr. Chu's company did not comply with the provisions of laws and administrative regulations, changed the production layout without authorization, failed to perform the obligations of requesting certificates and tickets and purchasing inspection in accordance with the law, and failed to formulate and implement the production and operation process control requirements in accordance with the regulations. Donghui Company has violated laws and regulations by falsely marking the production date, failing to perform the obligations of requesting certificates and tickets and purchasing inspection in accordance with the law, and failing to formulate and implement the requirements for the control of the production and operation process in accordance with the prescribed matters. Among them, Mr. Chef's company was fined 4.2 million yuan for 8 times the value of 525,000 yuan, and its legal representative, Wang Guangzhi, was fined 420,000 yuan for 7 times the income of 60,000 yuan obtained from Mr. Kitchen's company in 2023. Donghui Company confiscated 2,617 products with false production dates, fined 5,734,400 yuan 17 times the value of 337,300 yuan, and fined Zhang Laiyong, its legal representative, 6 times the income of 42,000 yuan obtained from Donghui Company in 2023, 252,000 yuan. A fine of 2.9376 million yuan was imposed on Spring Company for 8 times the value of 367,200 yuan, and a fine of 4.464 million yuan was imposed on Yang Chun, the company's legal representative, for 6 times the income of 74,400 yuan obtained from Spring Company in 2023.
Included in the List of the Untrustworthy with Serious Violations
In addition to administrative penalties, these three companies were also included in the list of serious violations and dishonesty (also known as the "blacklist") by the Fuyang Market Supervision Bureau.
According to the national enterprise credit information publicity system, Spring Food and Mr. Kitchen Company violated food safety laws and administrative regulations, and seriously endangered the health and life safety of the people, and were blacklisted. Donghui Food was blacklisted because the labels and instructions of the food produced and operated by Donghui Food contained false content, involving disease prevention and treatment functions, or the labels and instructions of the food other than health food claimed to have health care functions.

If such inferior raw materials are used by prefabricated vegetable processing enterprises, they can be identified as producing inferior products that do not meet food safety standards, and they must be punished in accordance with the Food Safety Law. ”
On March 29, the Food Safety Office of the State Council, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the State Administration for Market Regulation issued a notice on carrying out special rectification actions to crack down on illegal and criminal meat products, pointing out that it is necessary to focus on pigs, beef cattle, meat sheep, broiler chickens and their meat products, and carry out special rectification of the whole chain of livestock and poultry breeding, slaughtering, harmless treatment, meat and meat products production and operation, and resolutely cut off the chain of illegal slaughtering, processing and sales.
