At the same time, in view of the impact of the shutdown of adjacent wells on the production of old wells during drilling on the same platform, measures such as increasing temporary land acquisition, adjusting equipment placement, and turning adjacent wells into screws were taken to reduce the impact of old well production.
The plant also strengthened reservoir research and water injection management, carried out the steam injection and production stabilization project, and promoted the optimization of steam injection operation, supporting measures and steam injection mode by "one well and one policy", highlighting the contribution rate of steam injection to production, and effectively stabilizing the output in the old area.
In addition, they broke the restrictions of the business department, set up a water injection, steam injection, and lifting project team, subdivided the field, focused on tackling key problems, strengthened the demonstration and analysis of measures, strengthened the evaluation of the potential of a single well and the demonstration of the program, further improved the effect of measures, and comprehensively strengthened the daily production management of old wells, and optimized the production mode and operating parameters of 425 wells in stages based on the principle of "oil increase, precipitation, and efficiency improvement", and achieved the effect of stage oil increase.
