On May 9, 2024, Tong Zhaoyang, Secretary of the Party Branch and Vice President of the Ankang Charity Association, led the acceptance team to Hanyin County, accompanied by Zhu Qianping, President of the County Charity Association, Wu Bin, Zhang Chenggeng, Vice Presidents, and Yang Jingyong, Deputy Director of the County Education, Sports and Science and Technology Bureau, to inspect and accept the two newly built "Caring for Left-behind Children's Homes" in 2023. The purpose of this acceptance is to ensure that the construction quality and operation of the two left-behind children's homes meet the standards, and to create a warm and harmonious environment for left-behind children to grow up.
The acceptance team successively went to the construction site of the "Caring for Left-behind Children's Home" declared in 2023 by Puxi Town Central Primary School and Pingliang Town Junior High School, and conducted on-site inspections on the construction of the department. They inspected the study and living areas of the left-behind children in detail, and conducted a comprehensive assessment of safety facilities, sanitary conditions, daily management and archival materials. At the symposium, Zhong Jiaqiang, chairman of the board of supervisors of the Municipal Charity Association, evaluated the construction of the two "caring for left-behind children's homes", and put forward guiding opinions on the role of "caring for left-behind children's homes" in the later stage, and Zhang Yonghua, a mental health counselor for minors of the Municipal Education Bureau, spoke highly of the work done by the school in the care of left-behind children.
