The general public and friends, Chengde Summer Resort and the surrounding temple scenic spots will usher in the last annual pass of the year, and the citizens and friends who have not yet applied for the annual pass should hurry up and handle it~
The online application time is from May 11 to May 19, 2024, and users can apply for and recharge the scenic spot annual pass through the WeChat official account "Scenic Area Annual Pass" according to the prompts.
Reminder: The "Citizen Annual Pass Qualification Application" function will be closed at 23:59 on May 16, 2024, and online application materials will not be available after the closure. Citizens who need to apply are requested to submit an application as soon as possible, and the application will be reviewed within 1-3 working days after submission, and the annual pass can be processed online after the review is passed. Note: This function is applicable to the application of Chengde citizen annual pass with ID card from other cities; or special groups of people to apply for annual passes for scenic spots.
The offline processing time is from May 13 to May 19, 2024, at the ticket office of Dehuimen, Summer Resort, and the processing time is from 8:00 to 16:30 (no break at noon).
Instructions for handling annual passes
Types of annual passes for scenic spots:
The ordinary annual pass of the summer resort scenic spot is 50 yuan, and the annual pass of the disadvantaged groups in the summer resort scenic spot is 30 yuan; Potala Xinggong Scenic Area 30 yuan; The annual pass of the Chime Hammer Peak Scenic Area is 30 yuan, and the annual pass of the scenic spot card is 120 yuan (including the Summer Resort Scenic Spot, the Potala Xinggong Scenic Spot, the Chime Hammer Peak Scenic Spot, and the Puning Temple Scenic Spot); The annual pass of the scenic spot is 100 yuan (including the summer resort scenic spot, the Potala Xinggong scenic spot, and the Chime Hammer Peak scenic spot).
The annual pass of the summer resort scenic spot for outsiders is 180 yuan; The annual pass of the non-resident pass is 350 yuan (including the summer resort scenic spot, the Potala Xinggong scenic spot, the Chime Hammer Peak scenic spot, and the Puning Temple scenic spot).
Note: If you change the type of annual pass card, the original card type cannot be used from the date of change.

Online through the WeChat public account "Scenic Area Annual Pass" according to the prompts to apply for a new scenic spot annual pass.

1. In the menu bar of the official account of "Scenic Area Annual Pass", select "Annual Pass Handling" - "New Recharge", and select the type of annual pass that needs to be recharged (swipe left and right to view all ticket types);
2. Select "Recharge & New", enter your name and ID number accurately and "Query", click "Take or Select Photo" for photo verification;
Note: Those who have not applied for a second-generation resident ID card cannot apply for an annual pass online (photo verification is not possible)
3. Upload a photo of your head as required (if you fail to pass the verification, the system will prompt you that today's information and the number of photo verifications are overdue, please try again tomorrow), and the payment after the photo verification is successful;
4. After successful processing, select "QR code" to jump directly to the electronic annual pass binding page.
5. After the electronic annual pass is successfully bound, you can enter the scenic spot by selecting "Use Annual Pass" when entering the scenic spot with the QR code
(2) Online recharge tutorial
1. In the menu bar of the official account of "Scenic Area Annual Pass", select "Annual Pass Handling" - "New Recharge", and select the type of annual pass that needs to be recharged (swipe left and right to view all ticket types);
2. Select "Recharge & New", enter your name and ID number accurately, and click "Query", and the recharge will be successful after the payment is successful, and the validity period will be automatically updated.
(3) Online review for special populations
The online review function for special groups has been opened, and citizens who meet the following conditions can apply for various annual passes in the scenic spot in 2024 through the online application function of the "Scenic Annual Pass" official account and submit the review materials.
Note: In the past two years, the electronic annual pass of the scenic spot has been popularized, and the scenic spot will not handle the physical annual pass in 2024 except for the longevity card.
(2) Offline handling
(1) Place of application
Offline at the Dehui Gate ticket office for the annual pass of the villa, the annual pass of the card, the triple annual pass, the annual pass of the Potala Palace, the annual pass of the Chime Hammer Peak, the annual pass of the foreign city, the longevity card and other individual annual passes.
(2) Handling instructions
1. Citizens of this city (including eight counties and three districts) shall apply with the original "second-generation ID card".
2. Those who have not applied for the "second-generation ID card" and children over 1.2 meters in this city can handle it with their household registration booklet, 1.5-inch recent bareheaded photo, and original photo ID (student ID, badge, medical guarantee, etc.) that can prove their identity.
3. Students in full-time colleges, middle schools and primary schools in Chengde City shall apply with their student ID cards and second-generation ID cards according to the student information provided by the school.
4. Holders of laid-off certificates and low guarantees shall apply with their laid-off certificates (which must have "employment difficulties stamps") or low guarantees, as well as the original of their "second-generation ID card".
5. Non-citizens of the city, with the following conditions, can apply for the annual pass of the scenic spot
(1) Those who work in Chengde City and pay endowment insurance shall handle it according to the endowment insurance information of the Social Security Bureau, with the original second-generation ID card.
(2) Those who are purchasing a house and applying for a real estate certificate shall hold a second-generation ID card and the original real estate certificate (the spouse, parents, and children of the real estate certificate holder shall present the household registration book, marriage certificate and other relevant certificates).
(3) If the ID number is a person in the number section of Chengde City, the original second-generation ID card shall be handled.
(4) Those who are married to Chengde citizens shall handle the application with the second-generation ID card and the original marriage certificate.
6. Units and groups applying for annual passes need to bring the original letter of introduction of the unit, the original and copy of the unified social credit code certificate, and the original "second-generation ID card" of the employee.
7. Citizens who recharge at the window should keep the receipt properly and use it as a recharge voucher.
8. It is recommended that you recharge the annual pass through the fast and convenient WeChat official account, and bind the annual pass information to your mobile phone at the same time.
