On the one hand, the blue-and-white camp composed of the Chinese Kuomintang and the People's Party wants to strengthen exchanges with the mainland on the normalization of the PLA's patrols in Taiwan; On the other hand, there is the "mainland threat theory" propagated by Lai Qingde and the United States in order to intimidate the people on Taiwan Island.

On the other hand, it also lies in the constant obstruction of international forces, the United States and Japan, the two countries in the top two, and the intervention of external forces is the key factor in Taiwan's inability to reunify.

As for the Taiwan issue, it is nothing more than a pawn used by Japan to provoke war and chaos, and its purpose is to fool the Taiwan authorities, but Lai Qingde and the Taiwan independence elements on the island regard the words of the Japanese as a life-saving straw.
Otherwise, why is Lai Qingde's inauguration ceremony imminent, but the Japanese political arena does not even dare to accept his invitation. At a time when Japan is avoiding the Taiwan Strait issue, Fumio Kishida has also reported that he wants to meet with China's high-level leaders at the end of this month.
It can be seen from this that although Japan is making a fierce fuss on the surface, when it comes to China's bottom line, it will instantly extinguish the fire. This is because Japan knows that once they really intervene in the Taiwan Strait issue, they will definitely pay a more painful price than the United States.
On the other hand, not long after Lai Qingde advocated Japan-Taiwan relations, Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian also responded, saying that the DPP's remarks exposed the essence of fawning over Japan and selling Taiwan.
It also proves that the interference of Taiwan independence elements and external forces is the biggest factor undermining peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait. Lin Jian's words have clearly pointed out Lai Qingde's psychology of wanting to use Japan to pursue Taiwan independence.
Soon after Lin Jian responded, the Taiwan military detected that the People's Liberation Army (PLA) dispatched 23 warplanes and 5 warships to carry out activities in the waters around the Taiwan region.
