Meditation in the morning light

author:Blue Lantern Passenger

I have always had the habit of getting up early, this habit can be traced back to primary school, when I was still in the countryside, basically every day I got up at five o'clock in the morning, cleaned the yard, and prepared to go to school every day. Now that I'm getting older, I'm getting middle-aged, but I still get up early every day, and now I've basically inherited the same bad habits that people have in old age: greedy for money, afraid of death, and not sleepy. Sometimes I wake up before five o'clock, lie quietly, look at the darkness, but my thoughts fly into the distance.

Before sunrise, the world was still in a haze. The morning air carries a coolness untouched by the sun, like the last whisper of the night, whispering on the threshold of dawn. It is the most sacred time of the day, and the mind searches for a connection between the self and the universe in this infinite tranquility.

Meditation in the morning light

Meditation

I sat by the window and looked at the growing colors on the eastern skyline. There, the opening of the day is about to take place, the rising of the sun. At this moment, I seem to hear the footsteps of time, which walks calmly through the night and comes to me. My heart beats with the dawn of the day, and every breath is filled with anticipation and rebirth. It's like this, day after day, year after year, but I want every day to be meaningful and worthwhile. When it comes to the value of life, I can't help but ask myself what is a worthwhile life? Some people may say that there is fame and fortune, and there is social status. Yes, this is valuable, but sometimes our value cannot be defined by these alone. Some people may also say that it is necessary to achieve the threefold realm of life: financial freedom, time freedom and spiritual freedom. But what I want to say is that such a requirement may be too high, and there may be very few people who can do it from ancient times to the present.

So when I close my eyes and start meditating, I try to talk to my inner self. In this hectic world, we often forget to listen to our own voices. But now, everything is silent, just me and my breath. The air flows gently through the tip of the nose, each inhalation seems to carry the coolness of the night, and each exhale releases the tension and exhaustion deep in the body.

early morning

As time went on, I felt a subtle change. From afar, the crisp chirping of birds can be heard, and they seem to welcome the arrival of a new day. My heart gradually calmed down, and all thoughts slowly faded away, leaving only a deep sense of peace. This sense of peace spreads out from the inside out like ripples on the water, until the whole body and mind are surrounded by it. It's so comfortable, it's so peaceful, how I wish time could stop at this moment and let me revel in it.

Suddenly, a ray of light came through my eyes, and I knew that the sun had risen. I slowly opened my eyes to the first rays of sunlight. It is warm and bright, like an invisible force, dispelling all the gloom in my heart. I took a deep breath and felt the flow of light in my body, it illuminated every cell in me and awakened all my senses.

At this moment, I felt like I was reborn. Last night's troubles, yesterday's sorrows, all dissipated with the night. I stood up and stretched out my arms towards the sun, letting my body merge with the warm light. I am grateful for this early morning, for this tranquility, for the morning light that has reborn me.

The meditation is over, but my spiritual journey has only just begun. I'm going to start the first thing of the day, start exercising. As far as sports are concerned, in fact, they are mentioned every year, but in the end, very few persist, and this year should be the most productive year. Since I set my goal, I have been persevering, exercising for half an hour every morning and evening until I sweat and stop. After exercising, the whole person is spiritual, the contours are clear, the former stomach is flat, it is obvious that I feel energetic, and the mood is very comfortable. So I stepped into the day with this peace and quiet. No matter what comes my way today, I will remember the tranquility of the morning, my connection to the world at sunrise, and the strength and hope that comes from within.

Meditation in the morning light is a baptism of oneself and gratitude for life. In this ever-changing world, I have found a peaceful ocean, let myself settle in it, and then meet every challenge and enjoy every joy with a clearer and more transparent mind. This is the morning meditation, this is the self I found in the morning light.
