In order to do a better job in this regard, the General Office of the State Council has also forwarded the "Opinions on Strengthening the Dynamic Monitoring of Low-income Populations and Doing a Good Job in Hierarchical and Categorical Social Assistance" formulated by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and other units, and 19 provinces have issued supporting documents or measures. It is foreseeable that in the future, the living conditions of low-income people will be monitored and assisted more accurately.
In addition to paying attention to low-income groups, the Ministry of Civil Affairs also attaches great importance to the management of social organizations. They have promulgated the Measures for the Management of the Names of Social Organizations to promote the central government's financial support for social organizations to participate in social services, and to promote the participation of social organizations in rural revitalization and aid to Tibet and Xinjiang. At the same time, annual inspections of national social groups and other organizations have been deployed.
It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Civil Affairs also insisted on supervising in accordance with the law, dealt with some social organizations that violated laws and regulations, issued warnings to organizations such as the Guangcai Pension Promotion Center, and imposed penalties on Xinhua Youth and Children's Food Quality Research and Development Center and other organizations to revoke their registration.
