On the evening of May 8, the seventh phase of Baisha's "leading cadres on the podium" activity was held in the multi-functional lecture hall of the Party School of the County Party Committee. Deng Weiqiang, secretary of the county party committee, Huang Cong, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate, Chen Lanju, director of the Standing Committee of the county people's congress, Li Feng, deputy secretary of the county party committee and secretary of the political and legal committee, and other county leaders attended.
Xie Aiqun, vice principal of Hainan Middle School and executive principal of Baisha School of Hainan Middle School, served as the keynote speaker. In the lecture, she started from the actual development of Baisha School of Hainan Middle School (hereinafter referred to as Haibai School) and combined with her own teaching experience, and talked about the development and changes of Haibai School in terms of school philosophy, school running mode, education and teaching management system, campus culture construction, and teacher and student spirit since the trusteeship of the school.
After the lecture, Deng Weiqiang emphasized that the ways and means of promoting the development of education in Haibai Middle School have provided useful experience for the majority of party members and cadres in the county, and the whole county should draw spiritual strength from it, implement what they have learned and thought into specific work practice, and effectively strengthen their confidence to face the future, boost the entrepreneurial spirit of the officers, and strive to promote the high-quality economic and social development of Baisha.
Classes were held in the form of videos in various towns and villages. The main persons in charge of county-level organs, representatives of outstanding cadres of various units, selected and transferred students, civil servants (public service participants) hired in 2021-2023, staff of public institutions, and talents introduced in the past three years participated in the study.
