Many traders are unqualified in losing goods, their trading records are big losses and small profits, the list of profits can not be held, the list of losing money is out of a big loss, the whole is the appearance of making ends meet, this kind of loss is doing a loss-making business, not worthy of being a trader, nor worthy of a businessman.
So how can you get in and out of the big bucket? As long as you do two things, you'll be fine.
First, only operate the explosive market, where the volatility is large, it is easy to make a small profit, and the profit amplified by leverage is more. Why don't I operate a trading variety with low volatility, because there is no meat, it is too grinding. Why don't I operate gold forex during the day? Because there is not much fluctuation during the day, the operation cannot eat any big meat. Why do I only operate when the data news is announced or when the market opens, because this time point has a large volatility and it is easy to eat big meat.
Second, make a big loss and lose a little, this is very easy to do, the stop loss should be small and fixed, the profit must be greater than 3 times the stop loss points to come out, as long as you maintain a profit and loss ratio of more than 3:1, then you have an advantage, you can not make ends meet.
Gradual
Make money, don't think about eating a fat man, don't feel that your trading system is powerful and swell, choose to magnify your position several times, take too big a step and easily pull your two eggs, you should gradually increase your position according to the increase in profit, so be sure to quantify trading. Some students in my college felt that they were very good after learning a few tricks from me, but they did not do a good job in fund management, resulting in poor profits. For example, if you have a trading account of $100,000, you start with every 3 lots of operations, and the principal doubles in 5 months, you swell, and you feel that this method is very stable, so you increase the position to 15 lots every time you place an order. As a result, when you encounter an unfavorable period, you will be greatly injured if you retreat quickly. Actually, it's not to blame the trading system, it's just that your steps are too big to pull the egg. I saw a guy in Macau, the method is good, the winning rate is very high, he won 10 in a row, 100,000 to 500,000, he is too confident, the eleventh time, all the 500,000 bets, as a result, this game lost, he has nothing.
So, no matter how good your trading methods are, no matter how good your odds are, you must leave some leeway for yourself to weather the bad period.
I used to plan like this, 100,000 US dollars to 200,000 under 5 hands, after the principal is greater than 200,000, I will fix 8 hands, to 400,000 yuan, on 11 hands, so that step by step with the rise of profits to increase the position, it is very safe.
Speed up the number of transactions
Note that the acceleration of the number of transactions here is not to increase the number of transactions on a trading symbol, so that it will be traded frequently, or not. What I said about speeding up the number of transactions is to add more volatile trading varieties, more trading varieties, more explosion opportunities, and more operations, so that there will be no frequent transactions on a trading variety, and because there are many trading varieties, there are many operation opportunities, which leads to an increase in the number of transactions. As long as your trading system is positive, the more times you shop, the faster the compound interest will increase.

The same is true for trading, your trading system has a 1% advantage in operating a trading symbol, and you can make a profit of 10% in a year, as long as you increase to 10 such trading varieties, you can double your profit in a year.
