Joe Madden, principal analyst at Mobile Experts, said, "Chinese suppliers only have a small share of the market outside of China, and I don't really think they're a significant player when it comes to markets outside of China. Therefore, we ignore them in our analysis. ”

In stark contrast to Mobile Experts, Dell'Oro Group, a well-known market research organization, pointed out in a report released in February this year that the top 5 RAN vendors in the global market are Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, ZTE and Samsung, and both Huawei and ZTE's global revenue share is increasing.
