The "5.8 Humanitarian Public Welfare Day" and first aid knowledge publicity points were set up at the event. The Red Cross volunteers distributed leaflets to the people who came to participate in the free clinic, popularized the knowledge of "three rescues and three contributions" to them, explained in detail the specific content of the "5.8 Humanitarian Charity Day" crowdfunding project, and encouraged the residents present to actively lend a helping hand and dedicate their love.
During the period, the Red Cross volunteers guided the residents to wait for treatment in an orderly manner, and the medical workers of the Municipal Infectious Disease Hospital provided free blood pressure measurement, electrocardiogram and other free consultation services for everyone, patiently answered questions for the residents on the spot, and guided them to eat healthily and work and rest regularly according to the physical conditions of different groups.
At the first aid knowledge publicity point, the Red Cross ambulance teachers popularized the knowledge and skills of emergency rescue for the passers-by, and the teachers used a combination of demonstration teaching and on-site simulation to give a detailed explanation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the use of AED. Residents actively participated in the ranks of learning and practice, and the atmosphere was very strong.
