Location: Auditorium of Fuyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (No. 279, Qinghe West Road, Yingzhou District, Fuyang City, Fuyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau)
3. Information required for qualification review
During the qualification review, the applicant shall provide his or her registration qualification review form (please download and print it from the Anhui Provincial Personnel Examination Network), written examination admission ticket, valid resident ID card, academic (degree) certificate, relevant certificates and certificates required by the recruitment position. Thereinto:
(1) If the full-time 2024 graduates have not obtained the graduation certificate, they must provide the certification materials issued by the academic affairs department or the college of the school that can obtain the graduation certificate and degree certificate, and the written commitment that the graduation certificate major is consistent with the major of the applied position.
(2) For part-time academic education that has completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan, passed the results of each subject, and graduated in 2024 but has not yet obtained the graduation certificate, it is also necessary to provide the written certificate of the academic level, graduation time, and "graduated in 2024, has completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan, passed the results of each subject, and the graduation certificate is to be issued" issued by the school or the provincial or municipal education department responsible for self-study examinations and adult education. My written commitment that the major of the graduation certificate is consistent with the major of the position I am applying for.
(3) Those who apply for the post of "service grassroots project" personnel must also provide a certificate (appraisal form) of the service grassroots level, and retired soldiers must provide a notice of enlistment (or a copy of the enlistment approval stub) and proof of retirement. Personnel of the "Service Grassroots Project" who will expire in 2024 shall provide certificates (appraisal forms) or relevant supporting materials.
(4) If the applicant fails to apply for the position of "fresh graduate" within the career selection period stipulated by the state, he or she must also provide the certificate of the unit where the relevant materials such as his file are located, or the relevant certification materials of the service grassroots project, or the relevant certification materials of the retired soldier (refer to Article 3), as well as the written commitment of the person who has not implemented the work unit during the career selection period.
(5) The regular staff of organs and institutions must also provide proof of the consent of the unit and the competent department to apply for the examination in accordance with the cadre personnel management authority.
(6) If there is a requirement for work experience, relevant supporting materials must also be provided: if there is a labor (employment) contract, the original contract shall be provided; If there is no labor (employment) contract, the written certification materials (signatures and seals) issued by the work unit shall be provided; If you start your own business, you will need to provide business license and other relevant materials. If it is necessary to accumulate time, relevant certification materials of multiple units shall be issued.
(7) Diplomas from universities in Hong Kong and Macao must be recognized by the national education administrative department, and foreign diplomas must be certified by the China Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education.
4. Related matters
(1) The qualification review runs through the whole process of open recruitment, and if it is found that the applicant does not meet the application conditions, the recruitment qualification will be cancelled at any time.
(2) The qualification review shall generally be attended by the candidates themselves. If you are unable to go to the site for the qualification review, you can entrust someone else to review the qualification on your behalf. The entrusted person needs to bring his or her ID card and power of attorney to handle the application.
(3) All personnel participating in the on-site qualification examination shall provide: 1 copy of the registration qualification review form, the written examination admission ticket, the resident ID card, and the academic (degree) certificate.
