Municipal and provincial health commissions, and relevant units directly under the provincial government:
In accordance with the spirit of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Health Commission, and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine "Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Professional Title System for Health Professional and Technical Personnel" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2021] No. 51) and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security's "Notice on Printing <安徽省职称评审工作实施办法>and Distribution" (Anhui Ren She Fa [2018] No. 5) and other documents, in order to do a good job in the 2024 senior professional and technical qualification examination in our province, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Time and place of the examination
The exam is scheduled for July 6-7, 2024, and the specific time, place and room arrangement of the exam can be found in the candidate's personal admission ticket.
2. Scope of examiners
In 2024, those who plan to apply for the senior professional and technical qualification review of the health series.
3. Scope of exempted personnel
(1) Those who have passed the 2023 senior professional and technical qualification theory examination with more than 60 points.
(2) Personnel assisting Tibet and Xinjiang during the period of aid.
(3) Aid personnel during the period of aid; For medical team members who have been sent for more than one year, they shall be sent within three years from the date of dispatch.
(4) Front-line medical personnel for epidemic prevention and control who do not enjoy the preferential green channel policy and have applied for the same series of senior titles.
Fourth, academic qualifications and qualifications
(1) Deputy chief medical (pharmaceutical, nursing, technologist).
One of the following conditions is met:
1. Have a bachelor's degree or above, or a bachelor's degree or above, and have been employed as an attending (management) doctor (pharmacy, nursing, technician) for at least 5 years.
2. Have a college degree (including traditional Chinese medicine teachers), work in medical and health institutions below the county level, and have been employed as attending (supervisor) physicians for 7 years.
3. Have a college degree (including traditional Chinese medicine teachers), and have been employed as a supervisor (pharmacy, technician) for 7 years, including working in medical and health institutions at or above the municipal level, and at the same time are required to have been engaged in the professional work for 20 years.
4. Have a secondary school degree, work in various rural health institutions (township health centers, village clinics, etc.) and various urban primary health institutions (community health service centers (stations), outpatient departments, clinics, infirmaries, etc.), and have been employed as attending (management) doctors (pharmaceuticals, nursing, technicians) for 7 years.
(2) Chief medical (pharmaceutical, nursing, technologist) physicians
One of the following conditions is met:
1. Have a bachelor's degree or above, and have been employed as a deputy chief medical (pharmaceutical, nursing, technician) for at least 5 years.
2. Have a college degree, work in various rural health institutions (township health centers, village clinics, etc.) and urban primary health institutions (community health service centers (stations), outpatient departments, clinics, infirmaries, etc.) in our province, and be employed as deputy chief medical (pharmaceutical, nursing, technician) for 7 years.
5. Effectiveness of the examination
Only those who pass the examination can apply for the 2024 Anhui Provincial Health Series Senior Professional and Technical Qualification Review.
The results of those who exceed the passing standard of the theory test are valid for 2 years (including the year of evaluation). The results of the remaining those who pass the score reduction and the exemption results of the exempted personnel are valid in the current year.
Sixth, the content of the examination
(1) The scope of the examination
1. Professional knowledge (theoretical knowledge of the major, relevant professional theoretical knowledge and relevant laws, regulations, standards and technical specifications of the major);
2. New progress of the discipline (the current situation and development trend of the major at home and abroad);
3. Professional practice ability (diagnosis and treatment of common diseases and difficult cases in this specialty/routine tasks, analysis and treatment of emergency situations).
(2) Examination majors
There are 99 majors in the examination, and the specific professional catalog is attached.
(3) Examination format
The test is a computer-based test with a duration of 120 minutes and a total score of 100 points.
7. Organization and implementation of examinations
The examination proposition, paper formation and marking work shall be undertaken by the Talent Exchange Center of the National Health Commission; The municipal health commissions and the personnel departments of the relevant units directly under the provincial government are responsible for organizing the examination registration, qualification review and on-site confirmation; The Personnel Department of our committee is responsible for organizing specific examination work.
VIII. Registration Procedures
The registration of candidates includes online pre-registration and on-site confirmation, and those who fail to complete the on-site confirmation within the specified time will be invalid and will not be re-reported.
(1) Applicants must log in to the China Health Talent Network from May 10 to 16, 2024, fill in the "2024 Anhui Provincial Health Senior Professional and Technical Qualification Theory Examination Registration Form" (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Form") online, submit it online after checking that it is correct, and print the "Registration Form".

(2) Applicants shall submit the "Registration Form" and application materials to the personnel department of the unit for review.
(3) After each unit verifies that the application materials are correct, it shall affix the official seal of the unit on the registration form.
(4) Guangde City, Susong County and other units below the city shall go to the Municipal Health Commission for qualification review and on-site confirmation from May 12 to 20, 2024. The specific time for on-site confirmation shall be determined and announced by the municipal health commission.
The materials of the candidates of the units directly under the Central Committee in Anhui and the relevant units directly under the provincial government shall be summarized by the personnel department of the unit, and the qualification examination and on-site confirmation shall be carried out in the title office of our committee (5th floor, Huike Business Hotel, No. 377 Wuhu Road, Hefei City, contact number: 0551-62884596).
(5) Candidates can log in to the China Health Talent Network to print the admission ticket from July 1 to 5, 2024.

9. Other related matters
(1) Candidates who apply for health management majors should obtain relevant professional qualifications in medical majors or medical colleges, and meet the requirements of the "Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Health Commission, and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Deepening the Reform of the Professional Title System for Health Professional and Technical Personnel" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2021] No. 51), "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Further Improving the Evaluation of Professional Titles" (Human Resources and Social Security Office [2022] No. 60), "About Printing and Distributing Anhui Provincial Health Series Health Management Professional Title Evaluation Standard Conditions (Trial) (Anhui Wei Ren Secretary [2022] No. 128) stipulated in the application conditions.
(2) For professional and technical personnel who flow from rural and urban primary medical and health institutions to medical and health institutions at or above the county level, they shall not be directly hired, and shall re-apply for the professional title examination and evaluation at the same level in accordance with the requirements of the institution at the next higher level; After obtaining a title of the corresponding level, when the title of the person is promoted to a higher level, the length of employment of the original institution may be calculated on a consolidated basis.
(3) For the movement of professional and technical personnel in medical and health institutions at or above the county level, the professional titles that have been obtained will not be re-identified, and the institution at the next higher level shall be hired, and the appointment formalities shall be handled after reporting to the human resources and social security department at the same level for approval.
(4) If the level of a medical and health institution is upgraded, from the date of issuance of the new medical institution's practice license, the applicant shall submit promotion materials in accordance with the upgraded level of the medical and health institution; The original employment period can be calculated cumulatively, and after meeting the requirements for the number of years, the title of the next level will be promoted.
(5) The Talent Exchange Center of the National Health Commission is responsible for the examination marking. The examination adopts the computer-based test method, the computer automatically evaluates the results, and there is no manual registration and accumulation process in the marking process.
(6) Candidates can log in to the China Health Talent Network to conduct the computer-based test software for advanced professional and technical qualifications, and be familiar with the teaching operation.

(7) The time of employment years, academic qualifications/degree certificates and registration of professional qualifications of the applicants engaged in the professional work shall be calculated until December 31, 2024. Those who do not meet the requirements for the declaration of senior professional and technical qualifications in the health series in 2024 cannot register for the exam.
(8) "Above" and "below" include this level or number. The examination fee standard is 100 yuan/person according to the spirit of Anhui Price Fee [2005] No. 72 document, and the candidates are requested to pay the fee at the same time when confirming on the spot.
The Municipal Health Commission and the relevant units directly under the provincial government are requested to organize the registration and on-site confirmation of this year's senior professional and technical qualification theory examination in a timely manner according to the requirements of the notice.
