The Primary and Secondary School Affiliated to Fuyang Normal University is a public school approved by the Anhui Provincial Department of Education and affiliated to Fuyang Normal University. III. Application Requirements

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system, love education, abide by the law, have good moral character, dedication and love for students.

2. Meet the academic qualifications, degrees and professional requirements in the recruitment plan announced by our university (applicants who apply for the examination according to graduate degrees must meet the professional requirements with a bachelor's degree or above), and have complete academic degree certificates. The recognition of the disciplines and majors required by the recruitment position shall be determined by the standards issued by authoritative institutions such as the Catalogue of Disciplines and Majors for Conferring Doctoral and Master's Degrees and Cultivating Graduate Students of the Academic Degrees Office of the State Council and the Catalogue of Undergraduate Majors and Majors of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (2020) of the Ministry of Education.

3. Have the qualification of a senior high school mental health education teacher (except for fresh graduates).

4. Age requirements: undergraduate graduates, under the age of 25 (born on or after January 1, 1999); Master's degree students, under the age of 35 (born on or after January 1, 1989); Ph.D. students, under the age of 40 (born on or after January 1, 1984).

5. Meet other relevant conditions and requirements for teachers.

6. Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply for the examination:

(1) Personnel who do not meet the recruitment conditions of the post;

(2) Non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities;

(3) Active-duty military personnel;

(4) Persons who have been recorded in the integrity archives of public institution applicants for public recruitment for violating the "Provisions on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Regulations in Public Institution Open Recruitment" in the open recruitment of public institutions at all levels and types of public institutions, and the record period has not yet expired;

(5) Persons who have previously received criminal punishment for crimes, persons who have been dismissed from public office, persons who have received Party and government disciplinary sanctions for which the period has not yet expired or are undergoing disciplinary review, persons who are in the period of criminal punishment or who are undergoing judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

(6) Those who have signed an employment agreement with other units, and the original contracted unit does not agree to terminate the employment agreement;

(7) In accordance with the relevant national and provincial regulations, the formal staff of organs and institutions that are still within the minimum service period;

(8) Persons under other circumstances who are not allowed to participate in the examination or be hired as staff of public institutions as stipulated by laws and regulations.

Applicants are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute the circumstances listed in Article 6 of the "Provisions on the Recusal of Personnel Management of Public Institutions" after being hired.

4. Recruitment Procedures

Personnel registration, qualification review, assessment methods and organization and other related work shall be organized and implemented by the Education Group of Fuyang Normal University in accordance with the regulations, and the specific arrangements are as follows:

(1) Registration and qualification review

1. Registration:

(1) Registration time: May 15, 2024 - June 5, 2024 24:00, overdue will not be supplemented.

(2) How to register:

(1) Registration is conducted online. Applicants will attach their resumes and other application materials to attachments (compressed files, file name: name + contact number, such as: Zhang San + 188xxxxxxxx. The content of the compressed file is: the applicant scans his or her materials into a complete PDF version according to the order of the materials required for the application and sends it to the recruitment mailbox [email protected].

(2) The application materials must include scanned copies of resumes, ID cards, academic certificates, degree certificates, teacher qualification certificates, honorary certificates, published papers or other materials proving personal ability (graduate students must provide scanned copies of bachelor's and master's (doctoral) degrees and degree certificates at the same time).

Overseas students must provide the Certificate of Recognition of Foreign Academic Qualifications and Degrees issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education. Whether the foreign majors meet the requirements of the recruitment position shall be studied and determined by the relevant experts organized by the education group.

The application materials of fresh graduates may not include academic degree certificates (but they must provide online verification reports of student status of the Ministry of Education), teacher qualification certificates, and professional title certificates. When registering, in-service personnel must also provide a letter of consent from their current employer.

(3) The personal information provided by the applicant must be true and accurate, and the applicant shall bear the responsibility for the failure to be hired normally in the later stage due to untrue and inaccurate information.

2. Eligibility:

(1) Online preliminary examination

(1) Time: 18:00 from May 16 to June 6, 2024.

(2) In accordance with the requirements of the 2024 Mental Health Education Teacher Recruitment Announcement for Primary and Secondary Schools Affiliated to Fuyang Normal University, review the materials provided by the applicants, especially whether the academic qualifications, majors, and other conditions meet the registration conditions. After passing the preliminary examination, the personnel who meet the requirements of the post will be notified by telephone to participate in the on-site qualification review.

(2) On-site review

(1) Time: 8:00-11:30 a.m. on June 22, 2024

(2) Location: Lecture Hall 105, Qiuzhen Building, Affiliated High School of Fuyang Normal University

(3) Applicants must hold the original and photocopies of the corresponding materials and two bareheaded 2-inch ID photos according to the requirements of the announcement, participate in the qualification review and fill in the letter of commitment at the specified time and place. The original will be returned on the spot after review, and the photocopy and ID will be retained by the school. The qualification review must be handled by the applicant himself, and cannot be entrusted to another person. After passing the on-site qualification review, the admission ticket will be issued, and the applicant will participate in the follow-up assessment with his or her original ID card and admission ticket. (2) Assessment

1. Assessment organization: The recruitment work is carried out under the unified leadership of the party committee of the school, and the recruitment and assessment leading group composed of the personnel department of Fuyang Normal University and the head of the education group is responsible for the specific work.

2. Assessment method:

(1) Written test (full score of 100 points, closed book)

Written test time: 2:30-5:30 p.m. on June 22, 2024. Candidates will enter the venue at 2:00 p.m., and late candidates will not be allowed to enter after 2:45 p.m. Please refer to the admission ticket for details of the written test location.

Main content: comprehensive quality and professional knowledge. It includes basic knowledge of education and psychology, as well as educational policies and regulations.

According to the written test results from high to low scores, the list of candidates to participate in the interview is determined according to the ratio of 1:3. If there are multiple applicants with the same written test scores, the last candidate will be determined as the interview candidate. If you do not receive the notification before 23:00 on the day of the end of the written test, you will not be shortlisted for the interview. Those who miss the interview time due to mobile phone communication failure and other reasons shall be responsible for it. (2) Interview

(1) Interview time: 8:00 a.m. on June 23, 2024. Candidates who have received the interview notice should bring their personal ID cards to the 105 lecture hall of the Qiuzhen Building of the Affiliated High School of Fuyang Normal University before 7:30 a.m., and late candidates are prohibited from entering after 8:15 a.m.

(2) The members of the interview and assessment expert group are all external experts, generally no less than 7 people.

(3) Interview method and results: The interview adopts the form of trial lecture and defense, which mainly examines the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality of the candidates. The scope of the trial lecture is "Mental Health Reader (High School)" (edited by Tong Yan, Wuhan Publishing House, 1st edition in January 2020 (5th printing in January 2024)). Specific topics will be selected and decided on the spot, and the trial lecture time shall not exceed 10 minutes per person. The scope of the defense is the handling of classroom teaching problems and related case analysis, and the defense time shall not exceed 5 minutes per person.

(4) The interview score is scored on a 100-point system, and the average score after removing the highest score and the lowest score is the final score of the candidate's interview. The assessment score is calculated to two decimal places, and the third decimal place is rounded. Those who score less than 60 points in the interview will be disqualified from entering the next link.

(5) The results of the individual interview will be announced to the candidates themselves on the spot. If the examinee is unable to inform on the spot due to his or her own reasons or refuses to sign the final result announced, it will be deemed to be informed.

(3) Assessment results

Candidates will calculate the comprehensive score according to the weight of 40% of the written test score and 60% of the interview score (rounded to two decimal places). The comprehensive results will be published on the website of the Personnel Office of Fuyang Normal University, the website of Fuyang Normal University Education Group (Affiliated High School) or the WeChat public account of the Affiliated High School of Fuyang Normal University. According to the number of recruitment plans and the assessment results of the applicants, the comprehensive scores from high to low, according to the ratio of 1:1 to determine the physical examination and inspection personnel. If the comprehensive scores are the same, they will be sorted according to the written test scores; If the written test scores are also the same, they will be sorted according to the total score of the interview judges (not the highest score and the lowest score).

(3) Physical examination

The physical examination work is in accordance with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, and the State Civil Service Bureau's Notice on Revising the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) and the Manual for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140) and the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Provincial Department of Health "Notice on Further Standardizing the Physical Examination of Public Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in the Province" (Anhui Social Secretary [2013]) No. 208) and other relevant provisions.

(4) Investigation

According to the requirements of the position to be hired, the inspection work shall take a variety of forms to comprehensively understand and grasp the situation of the subject in terms of political ideology, moral character, ability and quality, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, job matching, etc., as well as the performance of the study work and the application period, and at the same time verify whether the subject meets the specified qualifications for the examination, whether the application information and related materials provided are true and accurate, and whether there is a situation of avoidance in the examination.

In accordance with the spirit of the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Establishment of Credit Supervision, Warning, and Punishment Mechanisms for Judgment Defaulters" (Wan Ban Fa [2017] No. 24) and other documents, if the subject of the investigation is still a judgment defaulter at the end of the inspection, the inspection link will not be qualified.

(5) Publicity

For those who have passed the physical examination and inspection, the appointment positions will be selected in order from high to low according to the comprehensive results, and after the collective study of the president's office meeting, they will be publicized on the website of the Personnel Office of Fuyang Normal University, the website of Fuyang Normal University Education Group (Affiliated High School) or the WeChat public account of the Affiliated High School of Fuyang Normal University for 7 days.

(6) Signing and hiring

If there is no objection after the announcement or the results of the publicity do not affect the employment, the school shall handle the relevant employment procedures in accordance with the regulations. Candidates must report with the original registration card, academic degree and other relevant materials within the specified time limit, and those who fail to do so will be deemed to have given up their qualifications. The school will review the files of the personnel to be hired, and those who are suspected of falsification and other serious problems will not be admitted in accordance with the provisions of the relevant documents. Applicants who violate the provisions of open recruitment or fail to provide the corresponding level of academic qualifications, degrees, teacher qualifications and other certificates required by the recruitment position before July 31, 2024 will be disqualified from employment.

5. Recruitment discipline

The recruitment of new teachers in primary and secondary schools affiliated to Fuyang Normal University is supervised by the Office of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Fuyang Normal University.
