In September, forensic pathologists ruled that Corey's cause of death was homicide as a result of prolonged abuse, including blunt force injuries to the abdomen and chest and a torn heart.
The boy was also found to have heart and liver contusions, accompanied by inflammation and sepsis.
Gregor reportedly claimed that his son died of pneumonia, but it is unclear if medical personnel can confirm this, and Corey also had a seizure while taking a CT scan at the hospital.
