Gu Yunqi, director of the Caodian Taxation Branch of the Baoying County Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, told reporters that they not only solved the problem of personal social insurance premiums for Master Wan, but also solved the problem for other employees who also reflected such demands in the company.
It is understood that the "4S" tax dispute mediation team is composed of tax accountants, psychological mediators, professional lawyers, and tax service experience engineers, and has established a closed-loop processing and operation mechanism of registration, investigation, publicity, mediation, return visit, and evaluation. At the same time, in view of the blocking problems such as the single mediation method of tax disputes and the lack of information between departments in the past, the Caodian Branch also took the initiative to connect with the local government and judicial departments to effectively achieve "regular joint meetings, information communication, joint investigation of disputes, joint handling of problems, and emergency linkage".
Zhu Yu, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and member of the political and legal committee of Caodian Town, said that giving full play to the role of taxation + political and legal + grid collaboration and linkage is a useful attempt for the grassroots taxation branch to actively explore channels for resolving tax disputes and further enhance the ability of tax governance.
Up to now, the "4S" tax dispute mediation team has handled 6 tax disputes, accepted more than 50 tax-related consultations, and the dispute resolution rate at the grassroots level is 100%, and the mediation satisfaction rate is 100%.
Gu Yunqi said that they will further play the role of the "4S" tax dispute mediation mechanism, comprehensively adopt a combination of tax mediation, judicial mediation and social mediation, and through a diversified five-joint coordination mechanism, so that small things do not go out of the grid, difficult things do not go out of the sub-bureau, and big things do not go out of the county bureau, and the contradictions and disputes are resolved on the spot, so as to effectively improve the satisfaction and sense of gain of taxpayers and payers.
