1. Objective data
This project mainly shows the performance of the new car in terms of commerciality in an all-round way through field tests of 12 items such as body technology, paint film level, interior air quality, vibration and noise, parking radar and lighting/vision.
In the body process test link, a total of 10 key parts of the vehicle are selected, and 3 key points will be selected for measurement in each key part to evaluate the uniformity of the gaps in each key part. Judging from the test results, the average gap of most parts of the 2024 Ideal MEGA is controlled within 4mm, and the gap uniformity is good. However, the average gap between the rear fenders and the trunk on both sides was slightly higher, which had an impact on the final test results.

In the static noise test, the measured noise value of the 2024 Ideal MEGA in the car is 30dB in the stationary state, which reaches the lowest value of the test instrument. Due to the electric motor drive, there is no noticeable noise after the vehicle is started.

In addition, we tested the parking radar, lights/visibility, handling system, tires, sunroof, seats, trunk. Concealed storage space is provided under the trunk floor, which further expands the trunk volume and is excellent for practicality. 2. Subjective feelings
This project is subjectively evaluated by a number of reviewers on the actual performance of the new car in terms of static and dynamic aspects. Among them, the static aspect includes four parts: exterior, interior, space and human-computer interaction, and the dynamic aspect includes five parts: acceleration, braking, steering, driving experience and driving safety. In the end, the total score is given based on the subjective evaluation opinions of the reviewers, and the actual performance of the new car in terms of commerciality is reflected from the perspective of subjective feelings.
In the exterior feeling evaluation, the front shape of the 2024 Ideal MEGA mimics the shape of water droplets, with as few bumps and seams as possible, giving it a futuristic look. The rear has a faceted shape, which contrasts greatly with the front of the car and looks uncoordinated. The iconic star ring light cluster is located under the front windshield, and the main lighting headlights are located on both sides of the front bumper, giving a stronger sense of visual integrity. However, the LCD instrument panel is on the small side, and the location is also relatively unique, which is not very convenient for daily viewing.
The 2024 Ideal MEGA provides 6 USB ports, and the front and second rows are also equipped with 2 wireless charging pads for mobile phones, which fully take care of the power needs of the occupants in the car. However, since the USB ports are all Type-C types, the compatibility is relatively average.

In terms of storage space, the middle area of the front door panel provides a storage compartment, and the glove box in front of the co-pilot has not been canceled because of the "queen co-pilot" function, which is worthy of praise. Comparatively speaking, the second-row storage space is mainly concentrated on the door panels, and the number is small, which is not very convenient for daily use.
The car machine is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 high-performance version chip, supports 5G network and Dolby Atmos, the measured system runs very smoothly, the networking rate is fast, and the sound quality performance is also very good. In terms of human-computer interaction, the system provides gesture control and voice control, and voice not only supports wake-up words, but also supports visible and continuous voice recognition functions.
The 2024 Ideal MEGA is equipped with a dual-motor four-wheel drive system, with remarkable power parameters and a very brisk driving experience. The sensitivity of the accelerator pedal is moderate, and you can get a clear push back feeling every time you step deeply, and you don't have to worry about the continuous acceleration ability in the middle and rear sections.
There is a slight void in the initial section of the brake pedal, and there will be no nodding phenomenon when pedaling lightly, more attention is paid to driving comfort, and the overall braking force release is also linear enough. There are three modes of recuperation, and even in "Strong" mode, the drag sensation of the vehicle is not very noticeable when the accelerator pedal is released.
The steering assist is also available in three adjustable modes, of which the Comfort and Standard modes are not much different, and the steering wheel is relatively light, making it easier to drive. In Sport mode, the steering wheel becomes slightly heavier and the steering precision is improved accordingly. It should be pointed out that due to the large body size and the lack of rear-wheel active steering function, the vehicle is more difficult to complete the U-turn at the intersection, and enough space needs to be reserved.
The chassis adopts the front double wishbone rear multi-link four-wheel independent suspension system, and is equipped with dual-chamber air suspension and magic carpet intelligent suspension 3.0, which can not only realize the soft and hard adjustment of the suspension, but also link the main driver's seat to control the soft and hard of the seat cushion. The entire suspension tuning is clearly geared towards comfort, filtering out bumps in the road and subtle vibrations into the car. However, the softer suspension has limited support for the vehicle, and the occupants pitch more when accelerating sharply or braking with full force.
The 2024 Ideal MEGA is equipped with a L2 level assisted driving system, with moderate full-speed adaptive cruise acceleration and deceleration, and the following distance supports three-speed adjustment, and the distance between the nearest gear and the front car is large, which is easy to be jammed by other vehicles.
