From Tongcun Town to Zhejiang Kaihua Economic Development Zone, an industrial chain connects the two major links of melamine industry raw material supply and product production. Recently, in Zhejiang Wanchen Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. in the melamine industrial park of Tongcun Town, Kaihua County, Lin Zhen, an employee, was busy registering and carrying goods in the warehouse. Lin Zhen is 38 years old this year and is a native of Huangshi Village, Tongcun Town. Last year, he returned to his hometown to apply for a job at Wanchen Technology after working for many years. "My family has been working here for more than 2 years, and they thought it was good and brought me along. Now there are many employment opportunities in the market town, it only takes 5 minutes to commute by car, and you can take care of your children, which is much better than working outside. Lin Zhen said.
The common prosperity of village enterprises is connected by two ends, one is the private enterprise that has been tempered by the market and seeks greater development, and the other is the middle-aged labor who misses their hometown and is eager to work nearby. It is in this context that the "Practice Base for Common Prosperity" came into being. More than 1,200 local workers are employed in the melamine industrial park. Outside the industrial park, 13 melamine product processing bases have solved the employment needs of nearly 500 people. Xu Zhu'an, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tongcun Town, introduced that the four villages in the town can also obtain a stable income of 450,000 yuan per year through joint investment in supporting infrastructure such as industrial parks and talent apartments.

Nowadays, the melamine industry in Kaihua County is becoming more and more famous, attracting more and more entrepreneurs to set up camp in Kaihua.
Yang Guohua, a well-known new villager and entrepreneur in Tongcun, is a microcosm of the advantages of Kaihua County's revitalization of new villagers. As the chairman of Kaihua Ruida Plastic Technology Co., Ltd., he is one of the earliest local entrepreneurs engaged in the melamine industry. Over the past 40 years, he has always adhered to the integrity of management, overcome many difficulties, and constantly innovate and optimize products, the original only 30 people, the annual output value of more than 50 yuan of small factory development to more than 500 employees, the annual output value of 500 million yuan of large companies, the scale of the top three in the same industry. Over the years, Yang Guohua has facilitated 13 enterprises to settle in the industrial park through the method of "attracting investment through business", among which Zhejiang Wanchen Packaging Technology Co., Ltd., a Hong Kong-funded enterprise, has been introduced, put into production and regulated that year.
Small space to achieve large agglomeration, small platform to achieve large industry. The deep-rooted "Sycamore Tree" has brought back the "Golden Phoenix". Driven by the development of leading enterprises in Xinxiangxian, it provides jobs for the local people, and increases the income of villagers through employment at their doorsteps. Today, more than 1,200 local workers are employed in the melamine industrial park, and at the end of last year, the nine administrative villages of Tongcun Town achieved a collective economic operating income of 3.567 million yuan.

"No matter where a person lives, what kind of industry he is engaged in, the most memorable is nostalgia, the most difficult to give up is nostalgia, as a member of Tongcun Township, we all have a heart to repay the society and feed back to the hometown. Chen Xianyong, a new villager in Tongcun Town, said with emotion that although he has been starting a business for 30 years, as a Tongcun person, he has always been concerned about the development of his hometown.
Concentric pairing and cohesion, walking with the virtuous to promote revitalization. Through the guidance of the United Front Work Department, the initiation of new villagers, and the support of local townships, Kaihua County has innovated the "1+1+N" (1 township, 1 enterprise, N villages) "Concentric and Common Prosperity Alliance" model. Among them, the township entrepreneurs in the Tongcun Melamine Co-prosperity Industrial Park and the territorial villages (or associated villages) carried out pairing assistance to establish the "Mountains and Seas Concentric Co-prosperity Museum", with Xinxiang Xian Yang Guohua as the director, giving full play to the advantages of the united front, driving Tongcun Town, Kaihua County and Shangcheng District of Hangzhou City and other places to carry out in-depth cooperation between mountains and seas, and gather the strength of common wealth.
At the same time, under the inspiration of outstanding new villagers, Tongcun Town prepared the county's first Tonghua Education Fund in February 2019, raising a total of more than 200 yuan, rewarding more than 100 outstanding students in the college entrance examination, rewarding nearly 70 model teachers, and issuing bonuses of more than 60 yuan, inspiring Tongcun teachers and students to continue to forge ahead.
