On June 30, the China Institute of Construction Research held a seminar on software achievements of BIM engineering projects. Wang Jun, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the China Institute of Construction Research, Xu Jiefeng, general manager and deputy secretary of the party committee, Xu Zhen, chief accountant, and Wang Qingqin and Li Jun, deputy general managers, attended the seminar. The meeting was presided over by Wang Qingqin.
At the meeting, Huang Shimin, director of the Standards Department of the Science and Technology Department of the China Academy of Construction Research, introduced in detail the project background, project establishment process, overall objectives and organizational progress, and clarified the next step of the work plan. Ma Encheng, vice president of Jianyan Technology of China Institute of Construction Research, made a detailed report on the project implementation plan and technical route. The project R&D team conducts on-site demonstrations and discussions on the R&D results.
The meeting affirmed the achievements of the current project, and pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the study of project-related management documents, improve the sense of responsibility, and do a good job in the management and use of project funds; we must adhere to the integration of "research and production with funds", optimize the allocation of innovative resources, enhance the innovation ability and market competitiveness of enterprises; take the three-level research and development system as the support, give full play to the role of the company's innovation mainstay, dominate the overall situation with top-level design, promote the attack with scientific planning, coordinate and integrate forces, and jointly promote the successful completion of project goals. Create a new sample of the company's quality improvement and efficiency transformation and upgrading.
Wang Jun made a concluding speech and made a request,
First, it is necessary to strictly compare the project task statement and the goals and requirements set by itself, and complete the research and development tasks with quality and quantity;
Second, it is necessary to do a good job in the protection of intellectual property rights, take the initiative to prevent risks, and enhance the ability to resist market risks;
The third is to take the use as the guide, carry out market layout and achievement promotion in advance, and improve market share.
It is difficult to overcome difficulties by combining forces, and achieving breakthroughs depends on cohesion. At this results seminar, the project personnel and R&D teams attending the seminar deeply realized that it is necessary to effectively enhance the sense of urgency and crisis, conscientiously study a series of major policies and measures of the central government, comprehensively grasp the new deployment and new requirements of the reform of state-owned enterprises, focus on the main business, and strengthen the industry, at the same time, take "grasping the key points, making up for shortcomings, and strengthening and weakening items" as the main line, make great efforts in key areas, gather elite forces to make breakthroughs as soon as possible, and continuously enhance the competitiveness, innovation, control, influence and anti-risk ability of the China Institute of Construction and Research.
A total of 29 people attended the meeting, including the heads of relevant functional departments of China Institute of Construction Research, members of the leadership team of China Construction Research Institute, relevant project leaders, and project research and development teams.
