Focus on the festival hot-selling food, such as grain and oil, meat, vegetables and fruits, wine, cooked food, bulk food and other key varieties, for key areas such as Internet celebrity food, scenic spot catering, etc., carry out in-depth investigation of hidden dangers, and inspect in detail the implementation of food safety main responsibilities such as food production and business operation units for certification and ticketing, food raw material procurement and storage, processing processes, etc., During the festival, 13 hidden dangers of bulk food labels and vendor commodity problems were found, all of which were rectified on the spot, providing a strong regulatory guarantee for the safety of the masses.
