According to CCTV News, the China Coast Guard recently released a video of cruising in the waters of Kinmen. There are four points worth noting. First, the coast guard ship formation was cruising in the waters near Kinmen Island, and CCTV paid attention to the fact that the five-star red flag on the ship and Kinmen Island were in the same frame in the shooting frame during the period. This information not only has a unified signal at the level of public opinion, but also shows from the physical information that the cruising area of the ship is close to Kinmen Island. The Coast Guard has previously issued a notice on the implementation of formation patrols in the waters south of Kinmen, and the picture of the flag in the same frame as Kinmen Island echoes the previous report. Second, the wording of mainland coast guard vessels patrolling the waters of Kinmen has changed.

The Coast Guard said in a Feb. 18 announcement that it would conduct regular law enforcement patrols in the Xiajin waters. The announcement on March 15 reads that law enforcement inspections will be conducted in the waters of Kinmen. The difference between the two announcements is that the former is in the Xiajin sea area and the latter is in the Kinmen sea area, indicating that the coast guard's patrol area is advancing in the direction of Kinmen. The announcement on April 29 reads that regular law enforcement patrols will be carried out in the waters of Kinmen. The change in the wording of the mainland coast guard in the past month and a half, from patrolling the waters of Kinmen to conducting regular inspections, is a manifestation of the mainland's strengthening of its power in the waters of Kinmen. Third, in the video footage, a vessel from the Taiwan Coast Guard appeared to try to interfere and evacuate under the warning of a mainland coast guard vessel.

The mainland coast guard has issued warnings in Mandarin and Hokkien, informing the Taiwan side that it has threatened the safety of navigation and that it will bear the consequences if it does not conduct navigation in an irregular manner. At the same time, the mainland coast guard ship locked on the vessel of the Taiwan Coast Guard, which withdrew and returned to the direction of Kinmen Island. This is a continuation of the mainland's acquisition of the right to govern the waters of Kinmen. Fourth, the coast guard units patrolling the waters of Kinmen shall be transferred from the coast guard directly under the central government to the local coast guard in Fujian. The Fujian Coast Guard Bureau is responsible for the main matters of patrol in Kinmen waters, indicating that law enforcement work in Kinmen waters has entered a routine stage. The work of reunification is already progressing substantially. Coupled with the development of Kinmen's fishery resources and the Liuwudian waterway, the results of the unification are benefiting people's livelihood.

At present, the unification matter is advancing simultaneously in many aspects. In addition to the change of governance in Kinmen waters, the adjustment and opening of the M503, W122 and W123 routes have caused the mainland's civil aviation space to deviate from the direction of Taiwan Island. The security guarantee behind the route adjustment is supported by the PLA's extended military control scope and the mainland coast guard's expanded law enforcement work in the Taiwan Strait. In addition, the implementation of the cross-strait integrated development demonstration zone policy has built a platform for people on the island to move north and integrate into the mainland's social ecology.

Fujian Province has recently introduced 13 new facilitation measures in three aspects to facilitate the docking of cross-strait occupational standards, internships for Taiwanese youths in mainland China, and incubation of start-up enterprises. Lower the threshold for Taiwan compatriots to live on the mainland, and carry out substantive reunification. On April 27, PLA military planes recently approached the city of Keelung in the northern part of the island of Taiwan for 37 nautical miles. On April 29, PLA military aircraft recently approached 49 nautical miles of Eluanbi in the southern part of the island of Taiwan.

The work of locking up Taiwan militarily is carried out routinely, and a real-time three-dimensional strike network is being created against "Taiwan independence." With the establishment of the information support force, the PLA's joint strike system has been further improved. At the same time, the Fujian aircraft carrier will also undergo sea trials. Footage posted on social media showed that the Fujian had left the port and set sail. From May 1 to May 9, military activities will be carried out in parts of the East China Sea, during which ships will be prohibited from entering the military activity zone. The relevant announcement was issued by the Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration. The Fujian ship may conduct sea trials in relevant sea areas.

The Fujian ship is one step closer to being delivered to the Navy, and the characteristics of the Fujian ship's electromagnetic catapult and straight deck make it expected to carry multiple types of carrier-based aircraft, promoting the further improvement of the comprehensive combat power of China's aircraft carriers. China's continuously developing maritime military and law enforcement capabilities are escorting the reunification work. The island should see the mainland's characteristics as a place of shelter and opportunity, support the process of cross-strait integration, and promote reunification.
