(8) The work must be original and must not be plagiarized. The award-winning works will be publicized, and if there is any violation of intellectual property rights such as plagiarism, the award will be disqualified, and the corresponding legal responsibility will be borne by the individual.
This solicitation is open to citizens and organizations. All professional institutions, media, colleges and universities, photography studios, photography enthusiasts, etc. engaged in photography and videography can participate in this event.
1. Submissions must conform to the theme of "Four Seasons of Light and Shadow" and be taken from Baoshan District, Shanghai. The submitted works can be a single photo or a group photo, and 3 group photos are 1 piece, and each participant can submit a maximum of 5 works, and no duplicate submissions are allowed.
2. The work must be a true reflection of the objective reality, and the content of the picture shall not be added or deleted except for the original image screen; the tone and color of the film may be moderately adjusted, so as not to violate the objective attributes of the subject; no borders, water lines, signatures and other decorations shall be added. We do not accept works that alter the original image, digital creative compositing, or AI synthesis.
3. All submissions must indicate the shooting time, location, text description, author's name, contact information and other information in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation page, and the text description must be clear and clear.
4. The legitimate rights and interests such as portrait rights, copyrights, intellectual property rights, reputation rights, and privacy rights involved in the work shall be borne by the contributor himself, and any legal disputes arising from the work itself or the submission behavior shall be borne by the contributor himself, and have nothing to do with the organizer.
5. All submitted works are deemed to have the right to use them by the organizer by default, and can be used for relevant media publications, exhibitions, souvenir production, etc. During the solicitation period, the works used for publicity and display do not represent the final selection results. All submitted works will be automatically included in the media photo library, and authorized to be selected by Shanghai Baoshan, Baoshan Rong Media and other media in the future.
