Registration starts tomorrow!
The 2024 "Macao Youth Internship Programme" was officially launched on 29 April.
The event will launch 4 special internship programs, namely the "Hengqin Cooperation Zone Executive Committee Special Internship Program", "E-sports Special Internship Program", "Key Industry Special Internship Program" and "Cultural Tourism Convention and Exhibition Industry Special Program", providing a total of 190 internship positions, each with an internship duration of 2 months.
Among them, the two special internship programs of "Hengqin In-depth Cooperation Zone Executive Committee" and "E-sports" will start registration on May 4 and close on May 24!

Special Internship Program of the Executive Committee of Hengqin In-depth Cooperation Zone
In order to enable Macao youths to have a deeper understanding of the strategic positioning and development plan of the Hengqin In-depth Cooperation Zone, in 2024, the Livelihood Affairs Bureau of the Hengqin In-depth Cooperation Zone, together with the Education and Youth Development Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Macao Education and Youth Development Bureau) and the Macao Youth Development Service Center, will continue to launch the "Special Internship Program of the Executive Committee of the Hengqin In-depth Cooperation Zone".
The nine working institutions under the Executive Committee of the Hengqin In-depth Cooperation Zone will provide internship positions covering policy research, financial management, youth services, education and medical care, convention and exhibition, commerce and trade, administrative management and other types.
Registration Period
The "Hengqin In-depth Cooperation Zone Executive Committee Special Internship Program" is open for application from 12 noon on May 4 to 12 noon on May 24.
Internship allowance
The internship allowance is RMB4,000 per month, and the Hengqin In-depth Cooperation Zone Livelihood Affairs Bureau will purchase insurance and arrange accommodation for the interns.

In order to cultivate more young talents with professional e-sports professional skills, the Livelihood Affairs Bureau of the Hengqin In-depth Cooperation Zone, together with the Labour Affairs Bureau of the Macao SAR Government (hereinafter referred to as the Macao Labour Bureau) and the famous e-sports operator Hero Sports VSPO, has launched the third phase of the "Macao Youth E-sports Special Internship Program", tailor-made and rich internship positions in the field of e-sports, aiming to provide Macao youths with opportunities to participate in the e-sports industry through intensive training for several weeks.
Registration Period
The third phase of the "E-sports Internship Program" is open for application from 12 noon on 4 May to 12 noon on 24 May.
Internship allowance
In addition to a monthly internship allowance of RMB4,000 and a accommodation allowance of RMB2,000 from the Livelihood Affairs Bureau of the Hengqin In-depth Cooperation Zone, each intern will also receive a monthly living allowance of MOP5,000 and a one-off round-trip transportation and travel insurance allowance of MOP4,000 from the Macao Labour Bureau.

In the future, the organizers will launch special internship programs for "key industries" and "cultural, tourism, convention and exhibition industries" according to the development status of the internship program and the needs of Macao youth, covering different groups of Macao youth from multiple dimensions, providing a broader platform for Macao youth to hone their skills and increase their talents, and cultivating more high-quality talents to promote the diversified development of Macao's industries.
