Stepping into the "Guomian 1960" Creative Industry Park, you can see mottled red brick walls, unique huge dome workshops, and majestic chimneys...... Linqing National Cotton Factory was built and put into operation in the 60s of the 20th century, and developed into an influential cotton textile enterprise in the northwest of Shandong and even the province in the eighties and nineties of the 20th century, becoming a banner of the province's textile industry. The call of "learning from Daqing, rushing to the Qing Dynasty, and raising the textile industry to a new level" has been well-known in the industry.
61-year-old Li Lanzhi is a retired employee of the National Cotton Factory, and when she learned the news of the opening of the 2nd Drama Food and Culture Festival and the National Cotton 1960 Shiguang Chaole Fair, she came to the National Cotton Factory early that day. "I'm so excited, I've just walked around, I met a lot of old workers, behind this stage is the workshop where we used to work, and coming here is like going home. This is the first time Li Lanzhi has returned to the factory after 10 years of retirement, and the word she said the most in the interview was "excited".
At night, the bonfire party began, and young people gathered in a circle, singing about youth and the future. Not far away, there is a light-picking booth in the depths of memory, a retro check-in wall full of age, a number of themed check-in devices, a static theme exhibition of national cotton textiles, and a lawn concert...... Let people travel through the corridor of time and space, feel the old time, and at the same time, they also see the gorgeous butterfly changes of industrial heritage, which fully demonstrates the urban heritage and youthful vitality of Linqing.
Combining tradition and modernity, commerce and cultural tourism, turning the "old time" into a "new fashion", this old factory has quietly become a new landmark of cultural tourism consumption in Linqing City.
