Sacrifice: In 1948, he went south with the army, and in September 1949, he was incorporated into the Second Brigade of the Westward Detachment of the Fifth Corps of the People's Liberation Army in Shangrao, Jiangxi. On November 27, 1949, he was appointed by the Zunyi County Committee of the Communist Party of China to lead a PLA team to take over the Songlin Township Office of the Republic of China, and the People's Township Office of Songlin Township was established, and he served as the head of the township. On the afternoon of January 21, 1950, Huang Ruliang and Wang Kekuan, head of the Sixth District People's Government, led an armed squad back to the pine forest, and were surrounded by Qi Wenbin and Mu Kekuan bandits in Shangzhuangba Bao'en Temple. In order to cover Wang Kekuan's retreat, Huang Ruliang was shot in the leg, and Chen Guangjiu carried him behind his back to continue to block the retreat. Huang Ruliang was shot again in Hejiawan and died heroically, and he was only 23 years old when he died.
