According to the relevant provisions of public institutions on open recruitment, combined with the establishment of schools in the district, job vacancies and work needs, Weicheng District, Weifang City, will openly recruit teachers from the public in 2024, and the relevant matters are announced as follows:
1. Recruitment plan
This time, 40 teachers are recruited from the society. Please refer to Appendix 1 for specific recruitment positions and requirements.
Second, the conditions and scope of recruitment
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, abide by the Constitution and laws, have good moral character, and have no record of illegal and criminal acts.
2. Have a good spirit of cooperation and strong organizational and practical skills; Be able to adapt to the needs of the position, have the comprehensive quality and professional level required to perform duties, and obey the organizational arrangement.
3. Under the age of 40 (born on or after May 1, 1983), in good health, and meet the physical examination standards for recruitment.
4. Have a bachelor's degree or above, bachelor's degree or above. Fresh graduates can first provide the online verification report of the Ministry of Education's student status, and provide the original graduation certificate and degree certificate before July 31, 2024. The academic qualifications and degree certificates of other personnel should be obtained before the date of registration.
5. Returnees from overseas study must have equivalent academic qualifications and degree certificates recognized by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council and the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education.
6. Putonghua proficiency is Level 2 B and above (language teacher positions must reach Level 2 A and above). Have a teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding section or above (excluding college teacher qualification certificate), and the subject of the teacher qualification certificate must be consistent with the position applied for.
7. The professional requirements of the recruitment position shall mainly refer to the current catalogue of higher education majors formulated by the Ministry of Education, and shall be subject to the majors indicated on the nationally recognized academic education certificate of the applicants. Among them, candidates who have obtained a nationally recognized minor professional certificate or double degree certificate in the ordinary full-time higher education stage can use it in conjunction with the corresponding graduation certificate and apply for the examination according to the major indicated in the minor professional certificate and double degree certificate.
Applicants for orientation or commission training of fresh graduates or employed persons shall obtain the consent of the orientation, commission training or employment unit. Full-time non-fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities are not allowed to apply, nor can they use the academic qualifications they have obtained as a condition to apply; staff members (including those who control the total amount) who have worked in organs and institutions in Weicheng District cannot apply; and servicemen on active duty cannot apply;
Persons who have been lawfully listed as targets of joint disciplinary action for untrustworthiness, persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, persons who have been expelled from the Communist Party of China, persons who have been dismissed from public office, persons suspected of violating discipline or law who are being examined by relevant organs and have not yet reached a conclusion, and persons in other circumstances that laws and regulations provide must not be hired must not apply for employment.
3. Recruitment procedures and methods
(1) Registration
1. Individual registration
Online registration will be conducted and the registration system will open at 9:00 a.m. on May 9, 2024.

Registration method: Applicants log in to the website of Weifang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (http://rsj.weifang.gov.cn) - service hall (or examination appraisal column) - online registration and admission ticket printing column, find the registration entrance of this recruitment examination, fill in personal information truthfully, and upload a recent color photo of myself without hat. Each person is limited to one position, and the applicant can modify the registration information during the period of registration qualification to be reviewed, and the registration qualification cannot be changed once approved. Those who fail to pass the review can apply for other positions that meet the requirements within the registration time. The performance of the applicants during the application period will be one of the important contents of the open recruitment inspection.
2. Online preliminary examination of qualifications
Preliminary review time: 11:00 on May 9, 2024 - 11:00 on May 13, 2024.
The Office of the Leading Group for the Open Recruitment of Teachers in Weicheng District arranges a special person to be responsible for the preliminary examination of qualifications, checks the online registration during the registration period, conducts qualification review according to the information submitted by the applicants, and timely feeds back the results of the preliminary examination. For those who fail to pass the preliminary examination, the reasons should be explained, and if the submitted materials are incomplete, the missing content shall be noted and returned to the applicant for supplementation.
3. Online payment
Payment time: 11:00 on May 9, 2024 - 16:00 on May 13, 2024.
Applicants should log in to the website after the expiration of the review period and before the deadline for inquiry to check the results of the preliminary examination. Those who have passed the preliminary examination of qualifications shall log in to the registration website to pay the written examination fee within the specified time, and those who do not go through the online payment procedures within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up. The standard for the written examination fee is 40 yuan per person per subject, a total of 80 yuan. After the written test administration fee is successfully paid, no refund procedures will be processed.
After passing the preliminary examination of qualifications, the relevant supporting materials and the electronic version of the valid resident ID card shall be sent to the designated mailbox [email protected] within the specified payment time, and call the office of the leading group for open recruitment of teachers in Weicheng District at 0536-8188708 to apply for the review and confirmation procedures for the reduction and exemption of examination fees. After the review is successful, the candidate confirms that it has been completed, and the overdue date will be deemed to be automatically abandoned.
4. Printing of registration materials

5. Plan adjustments
After the registration is completed, for the recruitment positions where the number of planned hires and the final number of applicants do not reach 1:3, if one person is planned to be hired, the recruitment position will be cancelled, and if two or more people are planned to be recruited, the number of recruits will be reduced proportionally. Applicants who cancel the recruitment position can apply for other qualified positions within the specified time. (2) On-site qualification review
Candidates who enter the interview must undergo on-site qualification review, if the on-site qualification review is inconsistent with the online preliminary review results, the on-site qualification review results shall prevail. Those who have passed the interview qualification review need to pay the interview and examination fee of 70 yuan on the spot. Candidates who have already enjoyed the waiver of the written examination fee will not be able to pay the fee.
(3) Examinations
The examination is divided into a written test and an interview, both of which are calculated on a 100-point scale.
1. Written test
The written test date is scheduled for May 25, 2024, and the specific time and place are subject to the admission ticket. The printing time of the admission ticket will be released in the open column of government affairs (http://www.weicheng.gov.cn/WCQZWGK/qjtj.html) on the website of Weicheng District People's Government, please pay attention to the relevant pages in time.
Applicants can take the written test with the "Written Examination Admission Ticket" and their valid ID documents (consistent with the registration). The written examination is divided into two subjects, including educational theory and subject expertise. Among them, the main content of the educational theory test is the basic knowledge of teaching such as education and psychology, with a full score of 100 points, and the subject professional knowledge test content is the basic professional knowledge that the applied major should have, with a full score of 100 points. Written test score = educational theory score ×30% + professional subject score ×70% (written test score is kept to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded).
After the written test, according to the recruitment position reported by the applicants, the personnel who enter the interview range will be determined according to the written test results from high to low. In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the minimum passing score line is set for the written examination, which shall be determined by the competent department of the open recruitment unit according to the written examination. The candidates for the interview shall be determined according to the ratio of 1:3, and if the last person who enters the interview range has the written test score tied, they shall enter the interview range together; if the prescribed ratio is not reached, it shall be determined according to the actual number of qualified persons.
If the interview candidate fails to submit the relevant materials to the recruiting department or unit within the prescribed time, it shall be deemed to have given up. If they do not meet the application conditions after review, their interview qualifications will be cancelled. Vacancies caused by abandonment or disqualification shall be filled in order according to the results of the written examination from among the candidates who have reached the passing score of the written examination.
2. Interview
The interview will take the form of a trial lecture, which will be conducted separately according to the discipline, and the interview order will be determined by the candidates' on-site lottery. 30 minutes to prepare for the lesson, 8 minutes to give a trial lecture. The interview score will be judged by the examiner on the spot, and the average score will be calculated comprehensively after removing the highest score and the lowest score. The results will be announced to the candidates at the end of the interview. The interview score is less than 70 points, and you cannot enter the scope of the inspection and physical examination.
3. How to calculate test scores
According to the written test score of 40% and the interview score of 60%, it will be included in the total score, and the total score will be calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa will be rounded. (4) Physical examination, inspection and employment
1. Determine the shortlisted personnel. According to the number of positions recruited by teachers, according to the total score of the candidates' examinations, from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:1, to determine the candidates to enter the scope of inspection and physical examination. If the total score of the applicants for the same recruitment position is tied, the candidates shall be determined according to the written test scores from high to low, and the additional test shall be carried out in the same way.
2. Physical examination and inspection. The items and standards of physical examination shall be implemented in accordance with the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) and the operation manual, and the physical examination shall be conducted in a general hospital at or above the county level. For those who need to be re-examined according to the regulations, it will not be carried out in the original physical examination hospital, and the re-examination will only be carried out once, and the results shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination. 3. Post selection. The shortlisted and qualified personnel for physical examination and inspection shall independently select the positions they apply for in order from high to low in the recruitment plan and the total score of the examination.
Vacancies caused by giving up inspections, physical examinations, job selection qualifications or unqualified inspections and physical examinations shall be filled in equal amounts from the interviewers according to the total scores.
4. Publicity and employment. The personnel to be hired shall pass through the open column of government affairs on the website of the Weicheng District People's Government
(http://www.weicheng.gov.cn/WCQZWGK/qjtj.html) Publicize to the public, and the publicity period is 7 working days. The list of personnel to be hired will not be filled after it is announced. At the expiration of the publicity period, those who have no problems or reflect problems that do not affect the employment must report to the post selection unit within the specified time and go through the relevant procedures. Where the problems are reported affecting employment and are verified, they will not be hired.
Fourth, the treatment and management of hired personnel
The hired personnel shall be listed in the formal career establishment, sign an employment contract with the work unit, implement the probationary period and service period system, and those who pass the assessment after the expiration of the probationary period shall be regularized and graded, and formally employed; Termination of employment contract if it is not qualified. The minimum length of service for newly hired personnel is five years (including the probationary period), and if they leave the company before the minimum service period, they will not go through the relevant formalities.
