May Day, as a festival for workers, is not only a day to pay tribute to the workers of the whole society, but also a good time to convey the value and meaning of labor to children. In order to enrich the festival life of kindergarten children and cultivate children's labor consciousness and teamwork ability, on April 28 and 29, 2024, Gaoxian Luochang Town Kindergarten carried out a May Day activity with the theme of "The Most Beautiful Worker".
This activity is divided into three modules: Labor Day, tribute to working people, and vocational experience, under the introduction of the kindergarten teacher in Luochang Town, Gaoxian County, I knew the origin of "Labor Day" and different workers from all walks of life, and experienced the labor around me, from serving myself to serving everyone, and paying tribute to the working people with my own practical actions.
This May Day activity not only allowed the children to experience the joy of labor, but also allowed them to learn to respect and cherish the fruits of others' labor in practice. Luochang Town Kindergarten will continue to work hard to create a working environment full of fun and growth for children, so that they can experience happiness and harvest growth in labor. Labor is dedication, joy, sharing, responsibility, and gratitude, and I believe that the power brought by labor will be like a seed, which will take root and sprout in the hearts of children and grow with them.
