At 17:46 on April 30, 2024, Beijing time, the return capsule of the Shenzhou-17 manned spacecraft successfully landed at the Dongfeng landing site, and the on-site medical supervision and medical insurance personnel confirmed that astronauts Tang Hongbo, Tang Shengjie, and Jiang Xinlin were in good physical condition, and the Shenzhou-17 manned mission was a complete success.
At 16:56, the Beijing Aerospace Flight Control Center issued a return command through the ground tracking and control station, and the orbital module of the Shenzhou-17 manned spacecraft was successfully separated from the return module. After that, the spacecraft returned to the brake engine and ignited, the propulsion module was separated from the return module, the return module landed successfully, and the search and rescue detachment responsible for the search and rescue recovery task found the target in time and arrived at the landing site. After the door of the return capsule was opened, the medical supervision and medical personnel confirmed that the astronaut was in good health.
