On the afternoon of May 1, in Hall 11 of Shougang International Convention and Exhibition Center, the Tide Fantasy Adventure Season attracted parent-child families to come to experience, and the children leaned over to dig sand and explore in the interstellar laboratory. Bursts of cheers and screams came, and in the "Through Deep Space" area at the entrance of the exhibition hall, there was a long queue in front of the VR experience area, and the audience sat in the cabin to experience the whole process of landing on the planet and returning to the earth.
Posters of the Tide Fantasy Adventure Season can be seen everywhere in Shougang Park, and many science fiction fans and parent-child tourists have made a special trip to the park to spend the "May Day" holiday full of science fiction. As an important part of the Beijing Science Fiction Carnival of the China Science Fiction Convention, the Tide Fantasy Adventure Season is hosted by Beichen Jingxi Science Fiction Exhibition Co., Ltd., with four theme sections: popular science fiction education, science fiction technology experience, science fiction literature reading, and science fiction cultural and creative market.
In the robot interactive exhibition area, the audience competed to experience and watch the simulated balance bike, crawler universal treadmill, fighting robot challenge, etc., and the sci-fi cultural and creative market was also lively, with sci-fi, technology, intangible cultural heritage and other goods and experience activities attracting frequent visits from parent-child families. In the Shougang cultural and creative booth, the children who used "silk steel" to weave works filled the table. The steel is made into silk-like thin threads, and then integrated into various colors of embroidery threads, interwoven into different forms of winding paintings, and the steel elements give birth to new imagination, and the introduction of the staff makes the children fascinated.
The 2024 Beijing Craft Beer Festival held here opened at 11 a.m. on May 1 and has become a paradise for beer lovers, with more than 500 craft beers prepared by hundreds of breweries at major booths, and more than 30 trendy food restaurants in Beijing also brought hamburgers, barbecues and other snacks.
At 2:30 p.m., electronic music performances pushed the atmosphere to a climax, and many audience members swayed along to the music while sipping their favorite beer. There are also many people who sit lazily on the grass for an afternoon, experiencing the long-lost sense of holiday relaxation.
In the North Square of Liugonghui, parent-child families had fun in the wonderful steel town "Good YEAH Paradise". Creative bazaar, pet-friendly interactive area, live sunset music...... A series of round-the-clock events keep the audience entertained. In the evening, the lights of the Liugonghui sedimentation tank square are lit up, and the musicians' performances make the crowd gather here, and the concert that became the park's Internet celebrity check-in activity last summer returns, adding bright colors to the park's night economy.
In Shangri-La Shougang Park, Beijing, parent-child camping rooms during the "May Day" holiday, children's suites for dreaming spring, and room packages for roaming Qitian are selling well, and some popular room types are "hard to find". In the hotel's outdoor garden lawn recreation area, water gun battles bring coolness, and the "Fun Life Festival" has launched activities such as doll welcome performances, fancy bartending performances, intangible cultural heritage markets, and movie screenings.
It is understood that Shougang Park launched three micro-vacation theme routes in this year's "May Day" such as outdoor energy one-day tour, family mobilization two-day tour, and sci-fi adventure one-day tour, and recommended a series of cultural and tourism consumption points such as the 40-meter platform of the three blast furnaces, the Shougang ski big air and the cooling tower, the Gongbei Pavilion, a blast furnace, the Shougang canteen, and the Shangri-La Power Plant Lounge in Shougang Park, Beijing.
