On May 1, the Yantai Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning issued the "Opinion on the Pre-examination and Site Selection of Construction Project Land" on the East Power Plant Road of Xingfu New Town (Zhuji Middle Road to Xingfu South Road), the Planning Road on the North of Zhuji North Road of Xingfu New Town (Chemical Road to Zhuji Road), and the Zhuji North Road of Xingfu New City (Planning Road on the West of Zhongrui City to Chemical Road).
Xingfu Xincheng Power Plant East Road (Zhuji Middle Road to Xingfu South Road) is built by Yantai Zhifu Shenlan Urban Renewal Group Co., Ltd., south to Zhuji Middle Road, north to Xingfu South Road, with a land area of about 32,660 square meters, a total length of about 1,131 meters, and a width of 30 meters on the red line of the road. The planning road on the north side of Zhuji North Road (Chemical Industry Road to Zhuji Road) in Xingfu New Town extends to Zhuji Road in the east and Chemical Road in the west, with a land area of about 39,550 square meters, a total length of about 1,331 meters, and a width of 30 meters on the red line of the road. Zhuji North Road of Xingfu New Town (planning road on the west side of Zhongrui City to Chemical Industry Road) east to the planning road on the west side of Zhongrui City and west to Chemical Industry Road, with a land area of about 40,386 square meters, a total length of about 1,023 meters, and a width of 40 meters on the red line of the road.
