Three points of construction, seven points of management, a good environment depends on everyone to maintain. To this end, Daling Town has perfected a variety of mechanisms to ensure that the rural living environment is managed, so that the countryside is "beautiful forever".
The grid responsibility mechanism weaves a dense network of health and environmental management. In accordance with the village cleaning standards of "five haves, six no's, and ten wants", we will continue to do a good job in five cleanings, clean up "ten piles", and control "eight chaos". Establish a leading group for the improvement of human settlements, implement grid management responsibilities in each village, and send leaders in charge of towns, cadres in Baotun Village, urban management law enforcement and other departments to sink into the village group to guide farmers to practice the "three guarantees", that is, environmental sanitation in front of and behind the house, greening management, and inclusive appearance order, from standing by to active participation.
The responsibility mechanism of the garbage collection and transportation system ensures that domestic garbage is cleared every day. Establish a long-term cleaning mechanism with personnel, funds, standards, rewards and punishments, strive to overcome environmental problems in key areas, and strengthen environmental governance along town transportation, village roads, streets, and village junctions. Rural garbage is classified and reduced from the source, degradable is treated harmlessly on the spot, all non-degradable garbage is "packed into a car" for transfer, and construction garbage is piled up and paved with field operation roads, so as to achieve daily clearance of rural domestic waste.
The working mechanism of "evaluation + commendation + points" mobilizes rural households to consciously participate in rural construction. Rural environmental governance should be carried out in a form that villagers like to see, so as to better mobilize the enthusiasm of rural households to consciously participate in rural construction.
