Fraudsters will send fraudulent text messages to users under the pretext of "flight cancellation" and "flight delay", asking users to change or refund tickets, and then send passengers a phishing SMS with a fake airline's official website to obtain users' bank cards, ID cards and other information, so that the victims can transfer money on the phishing website.
There are also some criminals who promise to buy discounted air tickets on their behalf, and use various means to urge customers to transfer the ticket purchase money into the designated account, and once the payment is successful, they will make up reasons such as "flight delay" and "aircraft mechanical failure" to refuse to pay for the ticket.
1. Use a formal platform
When you receive information such as "purchasing discounted tickets" and "refund and change", you must not easily follow the instructions of the other party, but contact the airline or ticketing unit for verification, and use the regular ticketing platform for refund and change.
2. Be wary of unknown phone calls and text messages
Don't trust calls from unknown sources or some "official customer service" calls, you can check the authenticity of the airline's official phone number by dialing 114, and do not directly dial the phone number in the SMS prompt.
3. Protect personal ticket purchase information
Do not provide your ticket purchase information, bank account, card number and other information to the outside world, and be wary of phishing websites. If you receive a suspicious call or message, you can call 96110 for consultation and help, and call 110 to report to the police immediately in case of fraud.

At present, some fraudsters take advantage of the unskilled use of overseas software by domestic tourists, pretend to be hotel staff in some overseas hotel booking software, and send phishing links in private chats, so as to defraud funds and personal account information.
1. Do not click on unknown links
Please choose a regular platform to book a hotel, and no matter which platform you book on, do not easily click on any unknown links to make a transaction.
2. Be wary of preferential traps
In addition to booking hotels, consumers should also be vigilant in booking air tickets, train tickets, purchasing vouchers, etc., and report to the police in time once they find that they have been deceived.

1. Make a strategy in advance

2. Don't find strangers to rob on your behalf
In the face of concert tickets that are difficult to grab, you can entrust relatives and friends to grab them on your behalf, don't trust the information of strangers "paid for grabbing", and protect the personal identity information that may be leaked during the robbery.

When netizens submit orders online, fraudsters steal buyers' information through illegal means, call buyers to inform them that "orders will be refunded if there is a problem" or "express damage can be claimed", and contact buyers as customer service or sellers, and ask for bank card information and password through fake refund links or webpages (phishing websites), transfer the deposit in the card, or add WeChat friends to scan the QR code to induce the transfer.
1. Settle claims on a regular platform
Don't trust calls from unknown sources or some "official customer service" calls, you can go back to the shopping platform to consult the official customer service, and go to the regular shopping platform and the official APP of the express company to make a claim.
2. Be wary of phishing links
Be wary of unknown links sent by anyone in text messages and private chats, learn to identify phishing websites, and express claims will not be made in SMS links.
