In order to further promote the reform of compulsory education mathematics curriculum, display the fruitful achievements made by the team of the National Primary School Mathematics Structured Teaching Experimental Alliance in recent years, and do a good job in the publicity of the National Basic Education Teaching Achievement Award, from April 28th to 29th, the 5th National Primary School Mathematics Structured Teaching Experimental Alliance "Simple Teaching and Deep Learning" The seminar and promotion of the National Teaching Achievement Award were held in the West Campus of Chengnan Experimental Primary School in Hai'an City, Jiangsu Province (Experimental Primary School of Hai'an High-tech Zone, Jiangsu Province), with the participation of nearly 1,000 primary school mathematics teachers from 22 provinces across the country.

On the morning of the 28th, the event kicked off. Leaders from the Chinese Society of Education, all organizers and co-organizers, as well as the Hai'an Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Government, the CPPCC, and the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau attended the opening ceremony.
Li Chunwang, chairman of the Hai'an CPPCC, delivered a welcome speech, and he extended a warm welcome to the leaders, experts and delegates.
Cheng Bin, director of the Nantong Municipal Education Bureau, delivered a speech, in which he fully affirmed the teaching proposition of "simple teaching and deep learning" put forward by Principal Xu Weibing, which is a major transformation to adapt to the reform of basic education, a school-based interpretation of Nantong's "school classroom", and a powerful answer to how to improve the quality and efficiency of the classroom under the background of "double reduction", highlighting the valuable feelings of Nantong basic education to explore new roads and contribute to the country.
Ma Bin, executive vice president and secretary general of Jiangsu Provincial Education Society, made a keynote report, he introduced Jiangsu's remarkable achievements in the evaluation of the national teaching achievement award, and pointed out that the promotion of national teaching achievements in Chengnan Experimental Primary School in Hai'an City is the scenery and practice of the times and the practice of cultivating the teaching altar and strengthening the country.

In this event, Professor Cao Yiming of Beijing Normal University, Professor Zheng Yuxin of Nanjing University, Professor Sun Guochun of Nantong Normal College, and Wang Lin, editor-in-chief of primary school mathematics textbooks of Jiangsu Education Edition, were specially invited to make conference reports. The experts explained the educational value and practical strategy of structured teaching from the dimensions of the concept of new curriculum standards, the revision of new teaching materials, and the exploration of new teaching.

Classroom presentations
During the event, a total of 18 mathematics lessons were displayed by the teacher team of Chengnan Real Primary School, Xu Weibing's famous teacher's studio, and the National Experimental Alliance School. Although the teaching content is different, from the perspective of structured teaching, we can build a high-quality classroom of "simple teaching and deep learning", pointing to the educational goal of understanding more and more, learning more and more, loving more and learning more spiritually. In this event, an awarding ceremony was also held for 35 new joining schools.
