Zeng Yusheng, an employee of CCCC Second Harbor Bureau No. 4 Company, senior technician, construction machinery engineer. In July 2001, he joined the work and entered the Second Harbor Bureau as a migrant worker, and now he has grown from an ordinary employee to an expert in the field of machinery in the field of bridges. He is currently the gold medal electrician of the fourth company of the Second Harbor Bureau, the person in charge of the Changtai Yangtze River Bridge joint construction section bridge erection machine and the main bridge deck crane of 1800 tons, on the eve of May Day this year, he was awarded the National May Day Labor Medal.
Zeng Yusheng took root in the front line of the construction site
Zeng Yusheng was born in poverty, has no high education, no high starting point, but uses innate simple feelings to deduce the growth path of transformation.
"The construction workers are very tired, but the income is okay", at first, Zeng Yusheng "sat on the cloud that left home and drifted to the construction site that no one knows". Gradually, the project leader found that he could always improve the on-site construction plan and do the work quickly and well, so they invited him to join the Second Harbor Bureau.
In this way, he became an ordinary operator and took root in the Second Harbor Bureau. For more than ten years, he has participated in the construction of Wuhan Fuhe Bridge, Wuhan Dongxihu 107 National Highway Reconstruction Project, Ganjiang Bridge, Wuhan Yangluo Yangtze River Bridge, Hewu Railway and other projects. As long as the field equipment fails, he always checks at any time, records and analyzes the situation in time, summarizes the ideas and methods to solve the problem, and does not miss any opportunity to learn and improve. In his spare time, he consciously spends his "entertainment time" such as swiping his mobile phone and chatting to "recharge" himself from theoretical books and constantly improve his business knowledge.
The heart is in an art, and its art must work. Years of study and training have made Zeng Yusheng perform better and better in his post.

In 2010, in Hainan, he connected the winch brake control system into the inverter control loop, which solved the fault phenomenon that the winch of DF450 bridge machine stopped running and the brake of the winch could not be locked;
In 2013, he added a buffer function to the traveling mechanism to solve the vibration phenomenon of the bridge machine caused by the rapid stop of the vehicle;
When the Spring Festival was approaching in 2015, he changed the ticket to go home, and quickly reinforced the Ninggao railway project to engage in the electrical work during the equipment installation and commissioning period, leading two employees to eat and live on the site, work in shifts, complete the equipment transformation in 4 days, and complete all the line layout and commissioning tasks of the bridge erecting machine in 3 days;
At present, he is responsible for the use and maintenance of the 1,800-ton deck crane on the main bridge of Changtai Bridge, which is currently the largest tonnage deck crane in China. Under his strict control, the hoisting of 10 pairs of steel beams has been successfully completed.
Zeng Yusheng has won a number of invention patents
He independently completed the "Electrical Transformation of Taizhongyin TPZ60 Bridge Project" and "Electrical Transformation of Hainan Ring Island Railway DF450 Carriage Project", which he independently completed, and successively won the "Third Prize of Five Small Scientific and Technological Achievements" of the Second Harbor Bureau. In 2016, he was awarded the title of the fourth "Top Ten Migrant Workers" in Hubei Province and was awarded the Hubei May Day Labor Medal.
