According to the work arrangement, this site will carry out appraisal work from June 3 to 26, and the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Identification objects and number of people
Candidates for the first time and for the make-up examination (those who meet the conditions for the make-up examination of this batch of primary and intermediate single subjects):
(1) Primary (monitoring and operation direction): 360 people;
(2) Intermediate (monitoring and operation direction): 723 people;
(3) Intermediate (inspection and maintenance direction): 270 people.
2. Registration materials and methods
(1) Application materials
Click on the attachment of this announcement to view, candidates for the make-up examination do not need to upload registration materials.
(2) Registration method
First-time candidates log in to the "Candidate Registration Portal" on the official website (https://xfhyjd.119.gov.cn) to complete the registration, click "Make an Appointment to Register Now" to complete the basic information, select "Xinjiang Appraisal Station" and the career direction of the application level, upload relevant materials, and complete the follow-up operation according to the SMS notification on the mobile phone.
Candidates for the make-up examination should complete the make-up registration in the [Make-up Registration] module from the 1st to the 3rd of each month, without review, and complete the follow-up operations according to the SMS notification on their mobile phones.
(3) Registration review
After the candidate submits the information, please pay attention to the registration review status of the system or the SMS notification. Candidates who pass the review will be included in the queue sequence, and candidates who fail the review will receive a text message and the reason for the rejection of the information, and should complete the information as soon as possible and submit it for review again. If the candidate fails to submit the true and valid registration information, or the information uploaded for 3 consecutive times still does not meet the registration requirements, the candidate's information will be rejected, and the candidate who fails to submit the modified information within 2 months will be deemed to have voluntarily given up the registration.
Candidates must register in good faith, in the data review, the identification station will randomly select some candidates in proportion, by verifying social security information, investigating the background of employment, etc., to verify the candidates' registration information, if found to be not true, will be disqualified from the examination.
3. Appraisal fees
(1) Charging standards. The appraisal fee is charged in accordance with the "Notice on Adjusting the Fee Standards for Vocational Skills Appraisal" (Xinwei Fee [2004] No. 482) and the "Notice of the Development and Reform Commission of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on Adjusting the Classification Catalogue of Vocational Skills Appraisal" (Xin Fa Gai Fee [2011] No. 673). Elementary 169 yuan/person, theory re-examination 89 yuan/person, skill re-examination 139 yuan/person, intermediate 254 yuan/person, theory re-examination 124 yuan/person, skill re-examination 214 yuan/person.
(2) Payment method. After receiving the SMS, candidates should log in to the system to enter the payment module, view the test fee, click "Online Payment" to complete the payment and print the invoice (currently online payment only supports China Construction Bank, Agricultural Bank of China and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China). If the payment is not made within the time limit, the registration will be deemed unsuccessful.
Note: After the candidate completes the payment, if the system does not show "paid", please do not repeat the operation, the candidate can confirm whether it is "paid" before the payment deadline, if it is still not displayed, please contact the staff of the appraisal station in time.
Fourth, the time and method of identification
(1) Appraisal time
After receiving the SMS, please log in to the system to complete the pre-selection, the system will randomly assign the candidates who have not pre-selected or failed to pre-select within the time limit, and the specific time is subject to the admission ticket.
(2) Methods of appraisal
The appraisal is divided into theory and skill tests. The theory test is carried out on the computer, and the skill test is divided into two ways: "online virtual simulation assessment + offline practical assessment" and "offline practical assessment". For details of the online virtual simulation assessment, please refer to the "Elementary and Intermediate Skills Virtual Simulation Assessment" and "Virtual Simulation Learning Client" released simultaneously in the [Exam Service] section of the official website, which can be used for online learning or download the client for practice. Candidates can choose the assessment method online during pre-registration, and the payment stage can be changed once, and the on-site test cannot be changed after selection. Theory and skills are subject to a 100-point system, and those who score 60 points or more are qualified. ★ ★ If the candidate violates the operating procedures or fails to meet the skill requirements in the skill assessment (the score of the key skill appraisal point does not reach more than 60% (inclusive) of the appraisal point), the skill assessment score will be directly judged as unqualified.
5. Appraisal Description
(1) The results of candidates for the make-up examination will be retained for one year, log in to the system and click "Make-up Registration" to view the validity period, there is only one chance to make up the examination within the period, and the make-up examination must be completed within the time limit, otherwise the qualified results will be invalid.
(2) Candidates for the make-up examination shall not be cancelled after successful registration, and failure to pay the fee within the time limit shall be deemed to have automatically given up the make-up examination.
(3) If the theoretical and technical scores are unqualified and the make-up examination results are still unqualified, make a new appointment for registration according to the requirements of the first registration.
(4) If a candidate who has passed one course re-approves the examination in the direction of the same level, the passing result will be invalid and he or she needs to retake all the examinations.
(5) Candidates are only allowed to register for the same batch of exams, and are not allowed to make an appointment for registration and make-up registration at the same time, otherwise the system will automatically reject it.
(6) Candidates who have not paid the fee or are absent from the examination within the time limit for inclusion in the appraisal batch shall be limited to their repeated registration time, and the time limit shall be three months. If you need to give up the reference, please cancel the appointment registration in time, and candidates who cannot refer on time for any reason can contact the appraisal station in advance to adjust the reference time.
6. Appraisal requirements
(1) Candidates with the admission ticket and valid documents (such as: second-generation ID card, temporary ID card, driver's license), both certificates are indispensable, review materials and other items unrelated to the test are not allowed to be brought into the examination room.
(2) Candidates need to arrive at the examination room 30 minutes in advance according to the time of the admission ticket, and those who are more than 30 minutes late are not allowed to enter the examination room.
(3) First-time candidates should memorize the registration username and password, and log in to start the test before the theory test.
(4) Audio and video surveillance equipment is enabled throughout the examination room, and candidates shall cooperate with and obey the unified management arrangements of the staff, maintain order in the examination room, and shall not arbitrarily change or move the examination seat, and shall not communicate with other candidates in language, writing, actions, etc., and those who violate and do not listen to the warning will be disqualified from the examination.
(5) It is strictly forbidden to video, vide, or take pictures in the examination room, and violators will be disqualified from the examination.
(6) It is strictly forbidden to carry toxic, flammable, explosive, reactionary, obscene products, etc.
(7) Candidates who are in poor health (such as heart disease, coronary heart disease, stomach disease and other dangerous diseases) are requested to bring the required medicines, and if you feel unwell during the test, please contact the on-site staff in time.
(8) Candidates strictly abide by discipline, consciously maintain the order of the waiting area and examination room, and respect the evaluators. Candidates who disrupt order or threaten the evaluator with words or behaviors will be disqualified from the examination, and if the circumstances are serious, they will be handed over to the public security department for handling in accordance with the law.
