According to the reporter's understanding, Ma Xiaoxiang's day began with the alarm clock ringing at 7 o'clock in the morning. After getting up and washing, he quickly rushed to work to meet the upcoming busyness. As soon as the mail truck arrived, he immediately put into sorting the mail, and after the sorting was completed, he loaded the next section of the truck to start the mail delivery journey. By around 12 noon, after a short lunch, he continued to complete the delivery of undelivered mail. At half past one in the afternoon, the second-frequency car arrived, and Ma Xiaoxiang and other colleagues picked up and unloaded the mail to ensure the smooth delivery work in the afternoon. In the afternoon, when all the mail has been delivered, he also needs to collect the customer's pending shipment and deliver it to the post office. After that, he cleaned up the work site and checked the electric vehicle equipment until 6 p.m., when the day's work was over. Ma Xiaoxiang mentioned that the earthquake relief and "Double 11" period was the heaviest time for his work, but the happiest thing for him was to deliver the mail to customers on time and gain their recognition and satisfaction. This sense of satisfaction made him forget his hard work and feel the value and glory of his profession.
