In order to further strengthen the fire safety awareness of young children and improve their ability to escape and self-rescue. Recently, the Fire and Rescue Brigade of the Economic Development Zone opened the fire station, and ushered in the kaleidoscope education teachers and students of off-campus training institutions to visit and study, experience firefighting life at zero distance, learn firefighting knowledge, and have a "firefighting addiction".
During the activity, the firefighters organized teachers and students to visit the vehicles and fire-fighting equipment on duty, and introduced the names, uses and usage methods of various types of equipment in easy-to-understand language. Subsequently, the firefighters led the children to try on combat uniforms and ride fire trucks, mobilizing the children's curiosity and desire for knowledge, allowing them to experience the daily work of firefighters up close, experience being a "little firefighter", and really pass a "fire addiction".
Finally, the firefighters carefully explained to the faculty and staff fire safety knowledge such as fire prevention, hidden danger investigation, initial fire fighting, correct dialing of 119 fire alarm calls, and fire escape skills.
Through this fire station opening activity, teachers and students can get in touch with fire protection at zero distance, feel fire fighting, know fire fighting, and understand fire fighting, cultivate children's strong interest, more effectively publicize fire protection knowledge, and achieve the purpose of fire protection publicity and education.
