Recalling 78 years, the moment I stepped into the supply and marketing cooperative, my heart was full of anticipation and anxiety. Supply and marketing cooperatives are a new starting point and an unknown field. However, fate arranged a turning point for me in the process of gradually adapting.
Walking into the door of the supply and marketing cooperative, I was faced with a strange and familiar environment. I know it's going to be a challenging journey, but I'm also curious and looking forward to the unknown. I study hard, adapt positively, and hope to make my own contribution to the development of the company.
However, when I was transferred to a lesser-known unit, the initial feeling was one of disorientation and confusion. The unit seems to be obscure, and no one wants to go. However, over time, I discovered something extraordinary.
In this lesser-known unit, I experienced an unexpected transformation. Although it is unremarkable, it contains great potential and opportunities. I met interesting and energetic colleagues and learned new knowledge and skills. This experience made me re-examine my career and life values.
I believe that every career transition is an experience in life that makes us more mature and stronger. As I have experienced, the places we often overlook, often hide the most precious treasures. Therefore, we should actively embrace change, face challenges bravely, believe in our own abilities, and move forward bravely.
