On April 24, with the roar of machinery, the G219 line Awua first standard project officially started the erection of 30m and 40m box girders of the separated three-dimensional cross bridge. In the face of nearly 100 tons of huge box girders, coupled with the construction of the main line of Shangguo Highway 219, the project team overcame the pressure of traffic diversion and the difficulties of transportation and hoisting, and successively completed the box girder erection tasks of K1807 (30m+40m+30m) and k1825 (3*40m) two overpasses on the occasion of the "May Day" Labor Day, interpreting the spirit of labor with struggle.
This construction is the first time that 30m and 40m box girders have been erected on the whole line of the Awua project. In the face of complex construction tasks, the project management department of Awua No. 1 Standard planned carefully, led all the staff to face difficulties, and made full preparations for this "construction battle". In order to demonstrate the feasibility of the construction plan, the project management department of Awua No. 1 Standard organized the supervision personnel to hold a "technical disclosure meeting of the special construction plan for the transportation and installation of prefabricated beams and slabs", and determined the construction plan after multi-party demonstration, optimized the guidance and reform plan, refined the division of labor, comprehensively investigated the risk points and prepared in advance, which provided the prerequisites for ensuring the safety and efficiency of the follow-up construction.
After working overtime and working efficiently, the on-site staff worked efficiently to successfully erect 6 30m box girders and 12 40m box girders required for the two overpass bridges within 4 days, completing an important task to promote the progress of the project. The construction task in full swing put forward strict requirements for on-site management, all staff to raise awareness, tighten the "safety production string", the project management department in the key links such as the guide and change intersection, box girder hoisting and other key links are arranged to command the operation, effectively eliminate potential safety hazards, to ensure that the beam lifting "zero accident", high-altitude installation "zero accident". At the same time, conscientiously implement the responsibility, strictly control the "project quality", on-site technical personnel pay close attention to the beam plate installation link, meticulously carry out repeated debugging, to ensure that each box girder is accurately placed, so that the construction process can achieve the best.
