A few days ago, the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class has made its debut in overseas markets, and the new car is expected to start delivery as soon as the middle of this year, and will be introduced into the domestic market for sale in the future. The shape of the new car is basically the same as the current model, the front grille is more conventional in size, supplemented by a large number of silver decorative parts, and the air intake and lower grille area are also supplemented by silver decorative strips, enhancing the stylish and refined sense of the front face. The headlights are irregularly shaped, and the interior adopts a matrix LED light source to bring good lighting effects.
The side body shape is very slender, the through-type waistline has a certain arc, and the lower skirt line is obviously raised, highlighting the elegant and atmospheric body posture. The most eye-catching thing at the tail is the tail light design, although it does not adopt a through-type style, but the interior uses a dot matrix light source, and the effect is very eye-catching after lighting. The black rear bumper is integrated with the twin twin exhaust pipes.
Inside, the new car is equipped with a three-spoke multi-function steering wheel, a full LCD instrument cluster and a large vertical central display, which has been upgraded for the MBUX infotainment system and has a more intuitive menu interface. All models come standard with a more comfortable and soft front headrest and additional seat cushions with good cushioning.
The new model will be powered by 3.0T, 3.0T plug-in hybrid, 4.0T V8 and 6.0T V12 turbocharged engines, mated to a 9-speed automatic manual transmission, and mated to an all-wheel drive system. At the same time, the AMG S63 high-performance version will also be launched later this year, and it is expected to be replaced with a 4.0T V8 plug-in hybrid system.
