1. Recruitment positions and quotas
The government plans to recruit 316 full-time firefighters and fire clerks. Among them, there are 284 full-time government firefighter posts (217 combatant posts, 67 fire truck driver posts) and 32 fire clerk posts (see Annex 1 for details).
2. Positions and responsibilities
(1) Combatants of full-time government fire and rescue stations
After passing the pre-job training and passing the assessment, he will be engaged in fire fighting (including linkage to carry out forest fire fighting), emergency rescue and disaster relief, social assistance, service for the people, fire protection publicity, etc.
(2) The driver of the fire truck of the full-time fire rescue station of the government
After passing the pre-job training and passing the assessment, he is responsible for the driving of fire fighting vehicles and the daily maintenance of fire fighting vehicles and equipment, and assists in fire fighting and rescue.
(3) Fire clerks
After passing the assessment and training, he will assist in carrying out daily office, finance, logistics, fire protection publicity and other work.
3. Scope and conditions of recruitment
(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws, and support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system;
(3) Government full-time firefighters, limited to males, with a high school degree or above, at least 18 years old, not more than 28 years old, with vehicle and ship driving (vehicle driving license B2 or above), equipment maintenance, communications and computers, Personnel with professional skills such as medical first aid, as well as retired soldiers and retired personnel of the national comprehensive fire and rescue team, the age can be relaxed to 30 years old, holding an A1 driver's license and actually driving the corresponding vehicle for more than 2 years, the age can be appropriately relaxed with the approval of the detachment, in principle, not more than 35 years old, and the driver position must hold a B2 or above vehicle driver's license, and have more than 2 years of corresponding driving experience;
(4) Fire clerks, male or female, at least 20 years old, not more than 30 years old, see Annex 2 for specific job conditions;
(5) Meet the health standards stipulated in the "Occupational Health Standards for Firefighters";
(6) Members of the Communist Party of China, retired soldiers, persons with graduate degrees, and special professionals who have relaxed the registration requirements are given priority in hiring if they meet the same recruitment requirements;
(7) Other conditions provided for by laws and regulations.
4. In any of the following circumstances, recruitment will not be granted
(1) Those who have been punished for disseminating speech of a political nature, writing, compiling, producing, publishing, publishing, or disseminating articles, writings, or audio-visual products that endanger national security or other political issues, fabricating or disseminating mobile phone or internet information with political issues, or participating in political organizations prohibited by law.
(2) Organizing, participating in, or supporting illegal organizations such as ethnic separatism, violent terrorism, or religious extremism.
(3) Organizing or participating in cults, harmful qigong organizations, or underworld organizations, or participating in related activities.
(4) Contacting organizations or individuals with complex political backgrounds outside the country (mainland), politically suspicious, and having been recorded by the relevant departments.
(5) Those who have received criminal punishment or have been exempted from criminal punishment in accordance with the Criminal Law, or have been subjected to re-education through labor, custody or education.
(6) Those who have previously received administrative detention for acts such as gang fighting, theft, fraud, robbery, snatching, or extortion;

(5) Qualification review
The qualification review is responsible for the full-time team management office of the Chengdu Fire and Rescue Detachment. (6) Assessment and testing
The assessment test of government full-time firefighters is divided into physical fitness test, post adaptability test, psychological test, interview, physical examination, and political examination. The assessment test of fire clerk is divided into psychological test, written test, interview, physical examination, and political examination. Physical examinations, job adaptability tests, psychological tests, and political examinations are not calculated and the pass system is implemented. Any unqualified item cannot enter the next link (on-site notification elimination).
1. Physical fitness test and post adaptability test for government full-time firefighters. The physical fitness test is quantitatively scored with reference to the "Measures for the Recruitment of Firefighters in the National Comprehensive Fire and Rescue Team", with a single score of 1~15 points, and a total score of up to 40 points in the physical fitness test (no one who has achieved valid results will be recruited); The test criteria for the project are detailed in Annex 8.
2. Written examination for fire clerks. The total score of the written test is 100 points, which mainly examines the mastery of common laws and regulations, current affairs and politics, official document writing, and the use of office software. Those with a written test score of less than 60 points are "unqualified" and will not be recruited.
3. Psychometric testing. The psychological examination system for the recruitment of firefighters is adopted, and the system automatically judges "qualified" or "unqualified", and those who fail the psychological test will not be recruited.
4. Interview. It mainly examines the candidates' language expression, comprehensive analysis, thinking response and communication skills. The interview is quantitatively scored, with a full score of 100 points, and those with a score of less than 60 are "unqualified" and will not be recruited.
5. Achievement evaluation.
(1) Government full-time firefighters. Referring to the performance evaluation method of the "Measures for the Recruitment of Firefighters of the National Comprehensive Fire and Rescue Team", the results of the physical fitness test and interview are directly included in the total score for job ranking.
(2) Fire clerk. The results of the written test and interview account for 60% and 40% respectively, and the total score will be included in the 100-point system for job ranking.
6. Physical examination. According to the order of the comprehensive score from high to low, according to the ratio of 2:1 with the number of recruitment plans to determine the physical examination candidates, if the physical examination is unqualified or the applicant voluntarily gives up, the comprehensive score of the post from high to low will be supplemented in turn. Those who pass the physical examination are included in the candidates. The physical examination shall be organized by the employer to participate in the physical examination in the tertiary hospital, and the physical examination fee shall be paid by the applicant. The physical examination standards for government full-time firefighters shall be implemented with reference to the summary of the Physical Examination Standards for Recruited Citizens (see Annex 3 for details), and the physical examination standards for fire clerks shall be implemented with reference to the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) and operational standards (see Annex 4 for details). If there is any objection to the results of the physical examination, the applicant may apply for a re-examination within 2 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination, which shall be organized by the employer and the cost shall be borne by the applicant.
7. Political investigations. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the political review, the recruiting units shall carry out political inspections on the candidates in accordance with the relevant provisions of the political review and the content of the "Political Investigation Form for the Recruitment of Government Full-time Firefighters and Fire Clerks of the Chengdu Fire and Rescue Detachment".
6. Recruitment and pre-job training
(1) Recruitment rules 1. Participate in the recruitment of the full-time government fire brigade of the Chengdu Fire and Rescue Detachment, and pass the physical fitness test, job adaptability test, written test, psychological test, interview, physical examination, and political inspection personnel, according to the final assessment results from high to low scores in equal amounts. 2. Personnel who meet the requirements of Article 6 of the recruitment conditions will be given priority under the same conditions. (2) After signing a labor contract, the employer shall sign a labor contract with the newly hired personnel after passing the assessment test, physical examination and political inspection. Newly hired personnel should report to the employer within the specified time. Those who do not report on time will be deemed to have voluntarily given up and their employment qualifications will be cancelled. (3) Pre-job centralized training: 1. Newly hired full-time government firefighters shall be uniformly arranged by the employer for induction training, and the training time shall be 2 months, and the training period shall be the probationary period. After passing the training and assessment, he will be formally employed. After the probationary period is over, the employer will issue a written report on whether to hire the newly recruited personnel based on the comprehensive performance and performance of the new recruits during the probationary period, and formally hire them after passing the comprehensive assessment. 2. During the training period (probationary period) of newly hired personnel, those who do not adapt to the training due to personal reasons, voluntarily give up, do not obey the management, or fail to pass the training and assessment shall be deemed to have not met the employment conditions, and the employer shall directly terminate the labor contract in accordance with the provisions of Article 39 (1) of the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China. 3. Government full-time firefighters and fire clerks who have more than 2 years of work experience in the national comprehensive fire and rescue team (including the former public security fire brigade) before joining the company, and meet the relevant job conditions after assessment, may not be given a training period (probationary period).
7. Working mode and remuneration
(1) The government full-time firefighters shall be stationed 24 hours a day in their work, and shall be managed in accordance with quasi-military management. As a general rule, there are 2 days off per week, and the average monthly rest is not more than 8 days. The rest and vacation time of fire clerks shall be arranged by the unit in accordance with relevant regulations.
(2) Pay social insurance (including basic endowment insurance, basic medical insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity insurance, and work-related injury insurance) and housing provident fund in accordance with the provisions of the state, and the part of individual contributions shall be withheld and paid by the unit from its salary income. The unit purchases personal accident insurance with an insurance amount of not less than 1 million yuan/person/year for government full-time firefighters.
(3) The remuneration of government full-time firefighters and fire clerks who pass the assessment and formally hired personnel during the training period (probation period) and the training period (probation period) shall be implemented with reference to the "Interim Regulations on the Salary and Treatment Standards of the Full-time Fire Brigade of the Sichuan Provincial Government".
8. Health commitment
(1) Applicants need to fill in the personal health commitment letter and the applicant information statistics form and report to the recruiting unit.
(2) The applicant has no fever, cough, diarrhea, cold and other related symptoms recently.
(3) In the process of recruiting and organizing the implementation, applicants for the position of full-time government firefighters shall be physically tested in accordance with the relevant requirements, and the candidates shall be in good health without heart disease, hypertension, respiratory system and other diseases, and their physical health conditions shall be fully qualified for the work requirements of full-time government firefighters.
